I had a small repair job and thought I would have to wait weeks for it to be done. I was scheduled for the following week. The next day Lisa called and said they could come out and look at the job. They came, I was given a price and the job was done the same day. The guys were polite and did a neat job. This is the second time they have done repairs and I couldn't be more pleased with them.

I highly recommend this company. After comparing a few different companies, I decided to go with them. They had a thorough proposal which was specific and broken down nicely. I had a big job for them. They allotted two days to get the work done and they worked hard for those two days. They were there first thing in the morning and worked hard the entire time. They were considerate and put tarps down on the floor so that they wouldn't dirty my carpets. I'm not sure how many guys work there, I had Zach and Tim as my guys. They were polite, professional and had no problem answering all of my questions. If you're in need of HVAC guys, I highly recommend this company

Great service. Made the installation of my water meter very easy and fast at , what I thought was a reasonable price.
When I went to schedule the estimate and installation, the office called back within minutes. The technician came out within the time range they promised and the job was down within 20 minutes.
I would definitely call them for any of my plumbing needs.

Always responsive, Air Technical Services has been taking care of the HVAC system at my house in Surf City and doing a fabulous job. They almost always pick up the phone when I call. If not they call back promptly. They keep me informed of what needs to be done, and follow up diligently

You guys are sneaky. Stop robocalling people! I called your number back 609-622-1702 and this lady said she was from Air Technical Services and then she hung up. Subsequent calling back goes to music and then nothing. Going to report you and add you to the do not call list.

We have used Air Tech for the past 20 years with superb service. The business was sold last year and the service has declined tremendously. We pay $400 yearly for maintenance. However, they clearly did not maintain it. Our air conditioner was not working due to their negligence to connect three out of the four ducts on the first floor of our home. Our PLUMBER was the one to realize the issue. It took them the entire month of June to send someone here to resolve the issue. They ended up arriving less than 24 hours before the renters were due to arrive. I will never recommend air technical services again and will be looking for a new HVAC to form a mutual agreement between vendor and home owner.
