Ben S.Inconsistent and unreliable communication. Non-committal on timelines. Took several months to get anything scheduled & then delayed my $106k project over a week with less than two days notice. Expected me to manage their generator and then refused to compensate me for my time spend on 16 trips to their jobsite to start it, stop it, and once partially refuel it. The wrong package units showed up and delayed the entire job by over 2 weeks. They installed transformers to correct for their incorrect units at their expense, but made it sound like we should be grateful for their effort. I will never work with this company again.
