It's true what the other reviews say that they aren't very professional (they didn't have any of the answers regarding the product, and they are a bit rough around the edges), but they got the job done well. They did extra work for the quoted price (which was a fair market price over the phone, no charge to come look) and I thought that was pretty cool of them that they didn't try to charge extra for it. They came out the next morning after a call the evening before, and yeah they were a little late. Their work is holding up so far, and it appears to be a clean job. I would recommend them, especially if you are in a bind. There's room for improvement, but trust me when I say there are way worse companies out there than these guys. They were honest and fast, and I'm thankful for that. No one wants to sit around with their house not in order, and they took care of business quickly. Thumbs up! Give them a shot.

My home warranty uses this business and I really can't understand why. They apparently put these warranty jobs on the back burner. Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with fron any service provider. Good luck getting an appointment scheduled.

Jim was very rude & condescending. He was also very secretive about the details of what they actually were doing in terms of piping for the plumbing. The worker who came out was actually really nice and seem to be good, but still not sure exactly what they did because they never disclosed it. Jim's unprofessionalism is something I have not experienced before. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Took 3 trips and 3 weeks to install a hot water heater. They told me none were in stock I made a few calls and found one within 5 minutes. Would never recommend them to anyone
