CEC installed a Trane heat pump at my house in May of 2020. During the heat wave in the summer of 2021, my heat pump was able to keep my home comfortable even when the outside temperature reached 117 degrees. My electric bills in the summer have been smaller than in my previous homes with air conditioning units only. I have been very happy with my Trane heat pump and with CEC's expertise and customer service.

We had several quotes when we were debating between mini-splits or getting a new AC unit. Zach gave us the absolute best quote (by far!) and we were thrilled to move forward with 3 new mini-splits to be installed upstairs. A few weeks later, Damien and Jared were here to set us up in just 2 days. They were super courteous with their shoes/masks, kept everything clean and were so gracious into being patient with our new puppy who was constantly intrigued with their every move. One piece of our installation wasn't finished (moving the thermostat downstairs), and when I called that out Devon and Jared came back to fix it within HOURS! I am beyond impressed with the entire team at Clean Energy Comfort. Even our neighbor made a comment on the clean work they did on the exterior of our house to cover the pipes/electrical! (And he's a tough one to impress!) I will absolutely use CEC when we need a new furnace and for any of our future cooling/heating needs.

CEC is hands down the best HVAC company in the greater Willamette valley. I have used their services since 2015 when my air conditioner died. The team put together an affordable and reasonable quote to replace and upgrade my system. They called before they arrived to get my tail out of bed. The installers were respectful and clean. In less than a whole day I was experiencing perfect comfort. Highly recommended for service maintenance as well.

The AC install was a smooth process from Zach (sales) to Damien, Devin and Ron (installer/service). All were very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. Damien, Devin and Ron explained the process as it went along even if there was a hiccup and the solution. Will definitely use for any ongoing HVAC maintenance. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and CEC was the first company to respond. I'm sure during the really cold weather spells they are very booked up. I told them that we had two little ones and no heat. CEC moves schedules around and had someone here by 8am! They completed the repair (igniter replacement) and we had heat within an hour. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend CEC highly enough! They helped us work through the issues we were having with our old heat pump/ac unit. Even during the heatwave, they were able to get their technicians to our home right away. We ended up having to replace our system and everyone we worked with were professional, able to answer any questions we had and skilled at their trade.
