Amy M.Took a week to get a callback on my AC repair. Someone finally showed up, overcharged out the nose, talking about special parts being required. Left AC filter taken apart on front porch. Told me I had to confirm ordering parts on Friday to get them by Monday. Never confirmed whether they'd been ordered, despite several phone calls on Friday. Started calling at 8 am on Monday. Could not get confirmation that the parts had even been ordered until 4:30 pm, and never got a response from the repairman.
