We purchased a brand new 25 ton package unit from Airco. Immediately after Airco installed the unit it seemed to struggle cooling the building. Airco checked the Trane unit and determined that it appeared to be low on refrigerant (typical) and a possible leak. After 3 unit swaps (yes 3 unit swaps) we still were never able to get Airco to fix the problem. After spending almost $30k with them, our warranty expired on the unit along with the desire to have them continue attempting to fix what we thought was a defective unit from the start. Royal Blue Hill was referred to us by a friend. The owner (Mr Hill) came out personally to troubleshoot the nature of our problem. Within 15 to 20 mins of conversing with us and testing the system, he determined that the unit was not low on refrigerant but actually overcharged. He also told us that we had restriction in the flow of air. Mr Hill ordered the respective parts to fix our problem and in a matter of minutes what took over 3 years to resolve. He opened up the sealed ducts and saw that we indeed had about an 80 percent blockage in out duct work. They may not be as big as some if the other outfits in Tulsa but he and his team treated us with the utmost respect and care, paying attention to everything that was said to ascertain the nature of the problem and possible solutions. This company is top notch and I would refer them to solve all of your heating and cooling needs. They are the solution to your heating and air conditioning problems!!!

I had a new water heater installed. The new appliance did no meet the minimum energy factor needed through ONG guidelines. Qualifying for ONG rebate on natural gas water heaters are required to have an energy factor of .80 or higher. The new water heater I received was smaller then what I had 40 gals. instead of 60 gals, cost over $2200 and the energy factor was .66. So we were unable to receive a $250 rebate from ONG .There were no options given to us about the size we may need and did not state that ONG requirement for energy factor is .80 or higher.

The only reason they get 2 stars and not less is because the tech was nice and polite.. I live in Kiefer, Oklahoma and needed their assistances on my furnace. When I called I let them know what was wrong (down to the part that was bad), the type and brand of system I had. When the tech got there I explained everything to him what I had done and I got out of his way and let him go to work. 20 minutes later he came down and agreed that the pressure switch was bad, as I had told him. He did not bring the part and said he would have to go get it. 1.5 hours later he shows up with the part. It took him about 20 minutes to install it and then he gave me the bill. The bill was for $495. He worked for, altogether maybe 40 minutes and changed out a $50 part. When asked why the bill was that much he could not answer. I called the office where he worked and they would not answer me, they said they would have a supervisor call me and three days later still no call. I paid the bill but will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service.
To add to this review today 12/16/20 the customer service guy calls and was extremely combative and argumentative about my review. Then proceeded to offer me a $50 coupon for the next time I use them (that's not going to happen). So great going Air Solutions you made it even worse.

Great guys work here. Amenable, polite, helpful w all my questions-on time and fast workers. I learned a lot!! So I suggest you check the special on Yelp for this place. I think a good deal for HVAC. I know you will have a quick appt. once you call. The phone staff are all also polite and sweet.

hvac went out on hot summer day called air solutions...the final remedy was replacement for $8,000..1 1/2 yr later compressor went out told be $1400 to fix...old compressor had 10 year warranty...""it was covered but rest was labor, refrigerant, etc...new compressor has 2 yr warranty...lost 6 yrs of warranty, somehow....never again with air solutions or carrier

1st complaint from the plumbing department. I had a clogged drain from my washing machine and they sent a man out that attempted to unclog it after an hour he informed me I would need to call another plumber that had more than 75 ft of line and that could possibly pull a toilet to access main line since he could not in addition wasn't able to locate my clean drain that he was unable to find. After calling roto rooter he rain water from my hot water take rain only 35 feet of line and was here 15 min. I called air solutions they did refund my 78.00 if you have a problem call someone that can handle it all

My central air unit was 23 years old. And since I'd really love to avoid the whole ""My AC just died @2 A.M. in August in 105 degree heat OMG"" thing, I called Air Solutions. I ended up purchasing a 3-ton Carrier unit, which is a big improvement over the old one.

Everything was very professional, from the estimate to the install. The install was completed in a few hours (it rained off and on all day but they stuck with it and finished).

Very efficient bunch. I recommend them if you need a new AC.

Needed some electrical work done after I had my HVAC ducting rerouted through my bathroom. This required me to change my lights over my bathroom sink into a vanity light that hangs above the wall mirror...
They called me back on a Sunday to schedule for the estimate and to do the work. Elijah showed up promptly and was very professional. We have a hard time getting work done near Cleveland, OK let alone without scheduling weeks out and without making multiple trips offsite for basic supplies.

They do have an odd proposal of estimate system where you are offered to pick between different levels for what you ultimately wanted them to do. I chose what was called the Bandaid which was the work I expected that came with a 30 day warranty up to a Platinum level which included the work I expected and various safety checks, return visits on work and years of warranty that I found unnecessary. The name Bandaid might throw people off but there really was no other acceptable option for the work I had done.

Overall, I was pleased.
