Do not use this company!!! We had an appointment slot between 5-7pm. At 10 after 7 we called because the repairmen hadn't called or anything. The secretary had the nerve to say that it's because he's busy fixing a customer's furnace that went out and they don't have heat. Duh!!!! Moron, that's why we scheduled an appointment to have ours repaired. At 8:20pm we tried to call back to see what time he'd be at our house and they didn't answer the phone this time. Wow! Worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I highly recommend you call another company for your needs. I called one and emergency service was only $10 more than the regular service call from Air Services. Take my advice and avoid this company like the plague!

Sams Heating And Air is awesome the people that work there the owner they have a literally saved my family. The part that was supposed to be for my AC didn't come in and since it's so hot Sam his self install the new unit and coil instead of having to try to wait for another part to come in they are awesome and I will only use them in the future. Overpriced and very poor communication. We needed our air ducts cleaned ASAP, so we scheduled an appointment time to get a quote. Upon their arrival, only then did they explain that they're booked out until October or November for air duct cleaning. It's June. This is the second time in 2 months that Air Services has been a huge disappointment. Fool me once....

I will never call Air Services again. Such a huge waste of time. Too bad for them... we have 3 HVAC units at our location. Haha!!

What an Amazing Experience. What could of been traumatic turned into one of the Best customer service experiences we have ever had. Our hot water heater went out over the Christmas holiday weekend and we were in desperate need of help. Having 3 kids, one of which is special needs, our family could not be without hot water for an extended period of time. Thank God that we have a membership plan with Air Services. Within 30 minutes of us calling Rachel, Rich, Kristy, and the Team, had a technician at our house working on the issue. And, within 14 hours, we had a brand new hot water heater installed. Will, our technician, went above and beyond! He installed the new water heater unit along with additional shut off valves, an extra safety device called an expansion tank, all new copper pipes, and even helped set the temperature on our bathrooms safety faucet dispenser. Instead of charging an additional cost for coming out on the holiday weekend, they actually gave us a discount for being on the membership plan. And, we have an 8 year warranty on the unit. We could not be more appreciative. We recommend Air Services to Everyone!!! Thank you again for all your help in our time of need!!! -The Patrick Family

The humble techs are nice enough but the sales staff are annoying and use strong arm tactics to sell WAY overpriced packages that cost thousands of dollars less (literally) through other venues. I regret ever calling them and urge you to use virtually anyone else.

Was very happy with the plumbing repair the Tech and Apprentice did. Price was about average with others but workmanship was much better. Job gets done quickly and clean.
