We can't say enough good things about the guys at Air-Right Energy Design. They replaced our old inefficient air conditioner and furnace with an energy saving Lennox EL18XCV - 18 SEER air conditioner and 90000k BTU furnace. They also included a new fancy iComfort S30 Ultra Smart Thermostat to save $500 off the cost of the system through rebate. They replaced both refrigerant lines for us even though it was not included in the original quote. They included 1 year (Fall and Spring) maintenance. They made it effortless, were professional, and wore masks the whole time. They were quick to install and fully explained everything about the system and made sure we were happy with all the work that was done. They really went above and beyond and you can tell they truly care about their customers.

When the wife asks "" should there be water on the floor?"" you know you are about to get aggravated. Upon seeing the water heater was leaking out the bottom, I though , ""now why didn't I already replace that !! of course who does that, we wait till it breaks, then frantically call around. I hit the usual suspects H*Depot, big name advertisers F.H.F*** and such. I also looked for a quality unit online while waiting for the call backs. Of course my unit was an unusual 75 gal, Propane , power vent unit. not a lot of choice. But reading online the AO Smith unit looked really solid. long story short H*Depot never called back until my new unit was already installed , and F.H. F*** asked for $4500 to install. I went back to the Makers web site and looked for other dealers. That's where I found Air-Right, and oh-boy am I glad I did. The lady in the office was prompt with returning my call, gave me tons of info answering my question, and very surprisingly they could acquire the unit and come within 2.5 hours. They quoted me a price 30% less than the ""Big Guy"", so I committed. I have had a lot of trade workers in my home, but I must say they were quick, clean, and quiet. I am so impressed by the workmanship (they upgraded a few details from my old install), and fact is, the respect they showed to my house was stellar. I am so glad I found them, they will be my go to guys going forward. They will be my first call for my replacement HVAC upgrade I am planning next year.

We called for help when other HVAC firms could not correct a low voltage short. Mike came out and spent an hour doing a thorough diagnosis. The problem was corrected at a reasonable price. Very nice company to work with.

Several years ago we purchased two new units from these guys. During the first cold season after the installation I notice this very distinct noise that only happened infrequently and at the end of the heat pump's cycle. After trying to explain this to the nice tech, on three separate service calls, that it was not a normal swooshing sound but it is a trumpeting elephant sound that I keep hearing. Also, explaining that sound can not be duplicated by turning the unit off and on, only certain conditions (cold weather, being one). After telling me it was the swooshing sound and charging me for doing nothing after a $16k purchase I gave up. I thought I could live with it until it broke. After a little research I discovered it is the reversing valve. It's now too late to have any warranty repair but the noise wakes up the neighborhood and I have to get it fixed. I wish these guys would have shown some real concern after the sale. Unfortunately they don't Good luck with you interaction and service.

Gary and Brandon installed a 50 gallon Marathon Water Heater in our home today. From the moment we shook hands, I knew I had hired the right folks. I installed my last water heater myself in 2003 and knew I was nearing the end of its service life. I would rather replace it on my terms, vice an emergency situation.
Gary and Brandon arrived on time and immediately got to work. I watched the entire process (seeing how professionals do it) and was pleased with their work. They answered every question if had, from functionality to warranty, and he further answered other questions. Specifically, another plumbing company completed a plumbing inspection in my home suggesting a new water heater ($3500.00) and other things that would be ""nice"" but not required. I could have spend $8900.00 to replace items in my home that was built in 1985. These were things that were not needed.
I received numerous bids for replacing the water heater, as I wanted something that would pass all local codes. Fortunately, our electrical co-op has a contract with this company, and based on their recommendation, I called them. What a great recommendation! We have a better water heater at half the price of the other company.
I appreciated their cleanliness, their work performance, and the quality of the installation. Moreover, I appreciated their honesty. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Mike arrived during the defined time and is very pleasant. He was very willing to explain the actions he was taking. As a rep for NOVEC, he was not out to sell me a new hot water heater. I really appreciated that. He also was conscientious of our home and offered to wear the footies.
