One of the worst businesses I have ever worked with in a very long time. Don't let their name fool you, they're definitely not ""masters"" of any sort besides being shady. They came to the house for an appraisal (house flood). The tech that came was nice, but also very incompetent. He was very unsure on how to fix or repair what was broken. They said they'd give us a call in a couple days and
Never have so we called and called and two weeks later still nothing. They charge you a fee for them to come out and inspect. But they really just take your money and pretend to act like they are doing something then never answer your calls. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money on an incompetent business like this. You all work way to hard for you money for people to do you no good.
If you have a home warranty and your AC breakers down. Make sure you follow the technicians and watch them what they are doing. And if you are not sure ask for second opinion.
Sandra L.Let me start by saying it is record temps this week in Las Vegas. Tuesday it was 122 in the shade in my backyard. I would give zero stars if I could. We have American Home Shield and have never had a problem with who send out until now. Last Saturday the AC went out on half our home. They responded with in an hour but when they diagnosed a compressor they said they had to order it. They sent the request to AHS but we never heard back. Apparently, according AHS Air Pro Master did not inform them of what type of compressor, and failed to respond to their request for that information (that was sent that same day) until Tuesday. When I called on Wednesday to figure out when they would get this done they tried to blame AHS. However I was on the phone with AHS at the same time and she read off their notes to me - this all falls on Air Pro Master. Then when AHS said the part was ready to be picked up, on Wednesday, they refused to pick it up til Thursday because AHS has a policy that it must be installed within 24 hours of the part being received. AND they made us pay for the uncovered Freon cost of $405 up front. The AHS rep could not believe that (she was on the land line while I was talking to the very rude reps from Air Pro and heard me say that I didn't have my card to pay it at that moment and repeat back that they couldn't come out unless it was paid.) They scheduled us for today (Friday) late afternoon to install the compressor. Well guess what!? These people ordered the WRONG compressor!!! My husband is currently on the phone with them as I hold with AHS. Crooks is right - they have my $405 plus the copay of $75 and we have no AC! They screw up and we suffer. RUDE staff, no return calls. Stay far away from these folks.
Had a gas smell in the house, turned off gas to HVAC unit, water heater, and dryer. The smell went away, but I called Air Pro because I didn't know if there was something wrong with my HVAC. While they were responsive and came out when needed, I spent way too much money for a guy to come in and tell me I don't have a gas leak. Golly jeepers I hope it doesn't come back while my two young kids are in the house. Their give a [poop] factor about an extremely dangerous situation unnerved me, he couldn't get out of there fast enough, not caring that the smell was there for some reason. Then I get a nice phone call the next morning charging me $135...for them to send a guy out to tell me nothing is wrong with my gas pipes. If the smell comes back I will not be going back to this company.
Lexi S.The faucet in our kitchen broke, so we put in a call to our home warranty company. We set our appointment, and the tech, Jose, arrived within the scheduled time frame and determined we needed a new faucet. Because our toilets have been causing problems and the drains were slow to drain, he also snaked the pipes with no problem and asked if anything else was needed. We scheduled a follow up appointment for the following day to have the new faucet installed, and Jose arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Jose was pleasant and the new faucet is great!
Art S.Be aware!!! Not an honest company. This company was sent from my home warranty company American Home Shield (AHS) when I needed a new water heater. The Air Pro Master technician said I needed a bunch of stuff not covered by the insurance so I paid $430 in addition to call out cost of $125 to AHS. I was told I needed new earthquake straps and a drip pan and a bunch of other stuff. I never got the pan and straps and was overcharged $160. I've been trying to get a refund but all I get is the run-around. This company is not legit. Do NOT use!!!
Not starting out on a really good note. Was originally scheduled for Friday, 12-3PM. Got a call at 4:30 telling me that I was having to be rescheduled because the tech that I was assigned to had an emergency at one of the clients homes. I understand that things happen, But waiting an hour and a half after the appointment time to call the people that are waiting... Was rescheduled for this morning, which is the following Thursday by the way. I was told that I would be the first person at 8 o'clock. No one called me yesterday to confirm the appointment. At 8:45 this morning I hadn't gotten a call from the tech saying that he was on his way to my house so I called the office. And I was told that my window was 8 to 11. There was no way that I would've been told that I was the first one at 8 o'clock. The man on the phone was rude. If I didn't have to use this company because of my Home warranty, there's no way in hell that I would
Well, the plumber finally showed up, 15 minutes outside of my three hour window that I was scheduled for. Told me that I needed both faucets replaced in the sinks in the bathrooms. He would have someone from his office call me first thing this morning and he would do his best to have someone out here Saturday, which is tomorrow, to have them replaced. Well, it's almost 12 o'clock noon and I just got the phone call and they want me to schedule next Tuesday. This is been going on for almost 2 weeks to get 2 leaks fixed in freaking bathroom sinks. I wouldn't think that sink faucets are that uncommon, why would they not keep them in stock in their vans so that they can take care of an issue with one trip instead of dragging it out. This company absolutely sucks at customer service. Again, if I did not have to use them because of my Home warranty, I wouldn't!
I contacted this company as part of my american shield home warranty. I instructed them to call my roomate to set an appointment as i wasn't home at night and work graveyard. They never contacted the number provided and instead contacted me when they just showed up at my door without an appointment. They then billed me for this visit 125 dollars, and lied said i made an appointment and didnt ever tell them of my roomates contact number. Very unethical company. I blocked them as a contractor on my warranty in the future. I can only imagine what type of work they do if they cant even get the contact info right.

Brian W.Worst HVAC company in Las Vegas. Through our home warranty we have to use who they give us. Of the three companies the other two had a sense of urgency and technical skills to diagnose and fix issues first time. Air Pro took they're time making an appointment. When tech showed he did not want to be on my roof so in order to fix our air conditioner I had to sign a damage waiver so he could stand on our patio cover. Cover not made for standing like roof but wanted to be able to run air conditioner for my asthmatic children and wife. After a hour tech doesn't know what's wrong and has to leave and consult with colleagues. No contact from him or company for two days when we finally call them. They tell me that a part had to be ordered, a relay which is a pretty common item to go out. Takes a week to get this common part they should of had on hand. Then takes two days to before they get back out. Two hours after scheduled time get a missed call and called them to be told that they re prioritized our appointment and maybe tomorrow. Called to complain and told maybe after 5pm . Treated like I was being unreasonable and should just be patient. Maybe I should or maybe I will change home warranty as to not use them anymore.
