If I could give NO stars at all I would. Our A/C unit went out and American Home Shield sent this company. We have been without A/C in Las Vegas for a whole week under the understanding that we were waiting for a part per Air Pro Master. Funny thing is they have been lying to us saying that the part was not in every time we called , but when we talked to American Home Shield in actuality the part was in since Thursday and today is now Monday. When we called and asked to have someone come out to install the piece to fix our A/C a Rafu answered the phone and was very rude. So we asked to speak to a manager or just anyone else with better customer service he said he is the manager and he is not transferring the call. So we asked why do we have to wait till Tuesday when you had the part since Thursday and we have been out of A/C since Sunday living in Las Vegas 100 degree weather. Rafu then snapped and said well it's a thing called we're busy so you have to wait and that they will come Tuesday and they are not even going to install it Tuesday unless they have $500 upfront(They make you pay before they do the work so they can do a shitty job and still get paid based off all the reviews I read in their work). I understand that companies do get busy I really do but at the same time it's been a week, we have been lied to about the part not being in which it was in, it is over 100 degrees in Las Vegas and he does not have any sympathy or understanding to our situation. We even explained how we have sick people in the house as well as medication going bad due to the heat. It's a pandemic and half of our house hold as been laid off due to COVID-19 so we can't afford to pay for a hotel so we have been living in a house that reaches 100 degrees everyday since last Sunday a total of 8 days. This company is a joke I don't recommend them even to my worst enemy. No Customer service what so ever. The worst part is this is only a summary of the issue not even in full detail about the terrible service. I also agree with everyone who stated that they say they will call you back and then don't and furthermore you can't say that my voicemail box is full which it isn't and plus never was noted for a missed phone call so also let's not try that lie. And it's funny how they say they put customers first but my family and I experienced no such thing; as well as all the other reviews I read.(This review is actually posted a day after I wrote it due to the fact I didn't want them to be spiteful and not do the work that they are getting paid to do especially knowing that they were lying to us the whole time.) I do want to say that the man who came today was nice, but as far as management it is poor.
P.S Tony do not reply to my complaint it is pointless to even write your lies. Your company is not sincere or have an ounce of sympathy. If you do reply you are proving my point as well as everyone else who told the truth on your shitty ass company on how you don't listen to your customers. I never came into contact with a company with such terrible customer service and you try to make it seem as it is everyone else instead of Ashley and Rafu who we have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with.

A simple plumbing job too difficult for these guys. Can't even install a hard water softener.

The plumber came out and replaced my water heater. He did a good job but you need to know some basic information. Air Pro Master will charge you $185 to pull the permit. It is required but you can go online yourself and do it for around $88. I found out to late.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. If your home warranty tries to stick you with this company. VEHEMENTLY decline. Save yourself time, money and use a company with professionalism. They sent a plumber to fix a leak under my sink.
Plumber stated only something needed to be tightened. I went out of town, came back underneath sink completely soaked and flooded out, leaking.
Called this company back, young lady said soonest Monday. I called back again spoke to another rep. Advised I have water damage due to the plumber not fixing the leak. The leak is still ongoing i need someone ASAP. She stated a plumber would be out the next day ( Saturday 6/27/20). Saturday I get a call from Rofo* - ""sorry our plumber had a family emergency we can come out on Monday""
Today is Monday- 6/29/20- Call from Ashley- "" Hi, we need to reschedule you for tomorrow between 1-6pm. Our tech truck broke down""
Second reschedule in three days. Is this really a company you want to do business with. I have already called American Home Shield and demanded my service fee back.
By this time, I have already called another company ( out of pocket) because of the amount of the water damage to have the leak fixed, now a restoration company has been out to take the wood from underneath and the cabinets to avoid mold. All this because Air Pro Masters did not FIX my leak, did not send a tech back to check or rectify issue that caused secondary damage to my property. I truly believe their tech caused this additional damage.
What started off a a small dripping leak has turned into a major leak with damage because of this company.
They do not care about their customers. Please I am out of pocket so much money and this horrible ass company still have not come out. This would be DAY with a leaking pipe and water damage cause of this company if I would have waited for them.

My home warranty company sent these guys out to replace a failed water heater. Gus, the service tech, replaced the tank and the attached gas control valve, charging me $325 for a city permit and for modifications to the pressure relief valve. I wasn't necessarily happy about this, but, hey, the water heater was working! 4 days later we began to smell natural gas and dutifully called Air Pro Master back to rectify the problem. Service tech Gus returned, confirmed that the control valve (which he had installed 4 days earlier) was leaking and would need to be replaced. After Air Pro Master talked to my home warranty company (American Home Shield), I was informed by Air Pro Master that I'd be charged $130 for the new control valve! They had delivered and installed a defective part and now they wanted to charge me to replace it! The warranty terms on their invoice: ""All repairs warranted for 30 days; parts warranted for 90 days."" They may be licensed, but these guys are operating a scam!
Update: Within 5 minutes of posting the above Yelp review, I received a call from Air Pro Master apologizing for the ""misunderstanding"" and that I wouldn't be charged the $130. Gus returned a couple of hours later, installed the new control valve... Power to the squeaky wheel.
UPDATE to the UPDATE: Gus slaved away for a couple of hours trying to install the NEW replacement control valve and IT doesn't work! My home is NOT an older home (2013) with older, suspect plumbing or utilities. This shouldn't be this difficult, but Gus was able to contact the manufacturer, who'll send the necessary replacement control valve part. UPS delivery in 4-5 days.... oh boy, no hot water for 4-5 more days. No showers in the Las Vegas heat in June... yay!
One more UPDATE: New part arrived... Air Pro Master tech (not Gus) installed it - still doesn't work! I suggested (again) that perhaps a different water heater might be an idea worth considering... 12 days and counting with no hot water since 1st call to AHS....

I had my AC / Heating system replaced 15 months ago with a Lennox system . My system was 20 years old so I actually got 5 bids . Air Pro Master was not the cheapest nor the highest . I always wait a year or so before I post a review , You can give a better review of a company .
The Inspector commented "" I got a really good install "" and the Lennox system 14 seer was a good
choice . Ask for Adams crew , they are the best !
We had an April air filter cabinet installed with the unit and it eliminated those 20x20 filters in the ceiling and you change that filter at the unit about once year at about $40.00 . The biggest plus was the reduction in dust and made my wife happy .
Our electric bill dropped almost 30 % over 1 year and Nevada Energy review rated our energy use savings as great compared to a house of similar size .
The Lennox system chosen included a 10 year parts warranty and Air Pro Master does all the units registrations for you . There was a typo mistake in registry for warranty , but got resolved by Air Pro .
Overall I am very satisfied with them and would recommend them .
My experience in getting a fair price for an AC system replacement can get a bit of a pain so I hope this helps !

Its been 7 days trying to get my garbage disposal replaced. I've been rescheduled 4 times and one of those times I was no showed to only be called 2 hours later after the showtime to of course be rescheduled. Left my job after being told they will be there shortly to getting a phone call that the garbage disposal they had to bring out was dented and rescheduled again. Quite possibly the worst business I've ever had to do deal with and Ive dealt with the Iraqi and Afghan Army. If I could give negative stars I would.

I purchased a Groupon coupon to have my AC checked as it's heating up outside, very friendly on the phone quick to get a appointment made within just a few days. Frank showed up called me ahead of time very professional I told him he didn't need to wear a mask because he was the one working in the heat I was inside and I had a mask . All my questions were answered and I was happy with the information that was given.
Definitely recommend this company services is everything and they did it 100% from beginning to end.

This is a contractor with American Home Shied. Refused to service air conditioning units on second story home. They would have to place their foot on two tiles before before accessing the AC Units. The technicians advised that they have a company policy that they cannot walk on tile. Personally, I do not believe they had a tall enough ladder to access from the rear of the house, and they wouldn't go over the roof from the front (as other contractors have done for the past 20 year). Very disappointing when it is 100+ degrees out and the AC unit is out. Sorry, but this company will never get a recommendation from me.
