Run! DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! ""Jimmy"" started a job in the shower and he left a 2 x 2' hole in the wall with a promise that he and his crew will return in the next few days to finish. It has been three weeks since then and nothing has happen. The worst part is that my tenants sent me video of the plumbing is still leaking! Every few days since the job was ""done"", we schedule availability with him to finish the repair and to correct the leak. Each time he was a no show and would not tell me that he wasn't even going to showing up! I would only find out when I called in to check in on the status of the job being ""actively"" worked on just to find out they are not there and that it needs to be rescheduled. This happened 5-7 times! I asked him for the professionalism that he lacks because me and the tenants can not afford the situation he keeps putting us in. Following that, he and his crew planned an unannounced visit to the property and gave us a 5 minute warning on them arriving to finish the repair. After i explained that the tenants have prior engagements, he told me that i am playing games; the job i have is not worth his time; and he has no intentions of correcting the botched job nor finishing the repair. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!

Should have read the reviews first. Just got ripped off for 3 lbs of freon @ $350.00 - a 25lb tank costs $120.00 - BEWARE - Also waited all day for them to show up - waste of time. Ask for estimate first, bunch of clowns.

Jim was fantastic and I am so glad we found him. Our thermostats were not wired to the furnace. Jim is superior in wiring! He installed our Nest, and brought in a 2nd thermostat for the 2nd heating area. We're all set, as 'Winter is Coming'.

I recommend AIR PRO HVAC. I needed my furnace looked at because my heat went out during the winter when the temperature dropped down to 2 degrees. Before calling AIR PRO, I called another company to only get the run around and quoted me an obscene quote for a job i didn't need. I then called AIR PRO and was visited by Jimmy to find out the problem with my furnace was that the sensors needed to be cleaned. AIRPRO is upfront with their prices and very professional. I will dedinitely recommend AIR PRO to my fellow homeowners. I will definitely use them again before the summer comes around to make sure my central ac unit is running up to par.
