Recently was having an issue with one of our ac systems so I called Air and Plumbing Today. They were quick to send someone out to assess the issue and provide me options to either repair or replace the system (without any pressure either way!) being both systems were 13 years old we opted to replace them. They had a team out that afternoon who replaced them both! The crew was respectful, clean and kept us informed of their progress. We have been using Air and Plumbing Today for 10 years and they have ALWAYS provided top quality service. Thank you!

I would give a 5 if we followed through getting the suggested repair. The technician they sent (Irelynn) was very thorough and diagnosed our problem; she did the requested service. However, since the repair is more than expected, We will have to go through our home warranty insurance and use the company they send out. I don't have much good history with this (FAHW) or any home maintenance companies. I'll use Air and Plumbing today, if this company being dispatched fails to be honest--it's happened before.

initially when this company did some ac repair work 2 years ago I thought they were trustworthy and I purchased a service maintenance plan for four service calls. On the last service call I was informed of a coil leak and informed that I was still under warranty and I didn't have to pay any for the repair work. This company then said afterwards that there was a miscommunication and wanted me to pay $1,485. BE VERY AWARE of this company. I was provided an invoice that said the coil was under warranty with a $0 charge. The technician tried to get me to sign a tablet which he didn't disclose the amount on the tablet I just happened to see!

Today the air conditioning wouldn't work at my boyfriend's rental house. The temperature was 91 degrees inside and getting hotter. With it being Saturday and after hours, we did not think anyone would be coming out anytime soon. However, Manny sent someone out within 30 minutes.
I am incredibly impressed with this business and their dedication to helping where needed.

AC issues! New AC install! Plumbing! This company is my go to for all things heating and air and plumbing! Locally owned small business that truly care about their customers and take pride in their work! They did work on my old AC unit to keep me running for a few more months until I needed a new unit installed with the best price in town! They didn't charge for my plumbing assessment and gave me multiple options to fit my budget! This company is what San Antonio stands for and nothing better then supporting a small family owned company with passion and amazing customer service!

I have used Air Today for many years. The techs are awesome. The other night my AC was not cooling. They sent a tech Iryland. She was awesome, discussed what was happening and fix it. My problem is with Jessica. Rude on phone from the start, sorry didn't plan for my ac to out at 7 pm. after being on hold telling me it would be later that evening, her tone was awful. This is your job. Your business. You lost costumer. Sorry Manny

Really disappointed with my summer service. Tech came over on-time and did a routine check up of my system. He opened a panel and mentioned the good work previously accomplished and the said he would blow out the drain. He blew out the A/C drain line without our closing out the system to allow the intent of the "blow out." I questioned if he needed to cover the drain while doing this and he re-did that part of the work. Once outside he discovered I needed a new capacitor as well as a cooling fan. I've had good service from Air Today but highly disappointed to learn they charge $285 for replacing a capacitor! Is this an up charge during COVID!!!

Air Today has been the most amazing company to work with. After over a dozen issues with our home warranty company and the companies they would send out, we contacted Air Today. They have been up front, friendly, on time, and performed excellent work. Any time I have an issue, they are out to my house that day, often fixing my small issue with little to no charge. I would not recommend anyone else to work on your HVAC. I ended up cancelling my home warranty and saving money using Air Today! I can not recommend them enough! Thank you Izzie for all your help and excellent work!
