Feeling Ripped off! I would give a 0 but it didn't allow me too. AC guy came out quick which was great. However he said it needed Freon and he added 3 pounds and charged me $330. AC worked fine for 2 weeks then it stopped cooling. I called Air one and they came back to tell me that my AC unit had a leak and that it will cost $3,000 to fix it. I feel so ripped off they should of told me that from the beginning instead of ripping me off for $330. If you AC goes out make sure you ask your friends about one, I went of google reviews and didn't work out for me. I rather know what's wrong from the get go. I reach out to another company which was referred by a good friend and they did the job the right way!

Air One A/C was the first company that actually took my call and showed up to inspect my A/C unit. I had been making calls to numerous companies for the last couple weeks and some wouldn't even return a call to schedule an appointment.

The technician, Ricky, was wonderful, polite and took the time to explain everything so I could understand it.

I would highly recommend Air One to anyone that needs a repair, service or is looking for a new A/C system for their home.

I had a great experience with Air One, Rocky came out to my home within a matter of hours and had the issue resolved in 20 minutes. I didn't realize the importance of maintaining the outdoor AC and he showed me the areas that need to be kept up and replaced the broken part. My AC unit broke down in my back house when the summer temperature was 102. Air one showed up the same day to give me an estimate, they were able to install a Samsung mini split unit the next day. AC is up and running, service was great and price was affordable. I will definitely use them again if my other unit goes down.
