Twice I was given a window for a repairman to come do a recall repair on my 1 year old Goodman HVAC system and twice the person did not show during the window I was told to expect the person. The first time the window was 8am - noon and I had another appointment to go to at 2:00pm. When someone from Air Novations LLC contacted me at 5:00pm, she apologized and said I'd been put on the last and the repairman would come to my house after he finished his current job. Not acceptable. To reschedule, she told me I could have the first appointment of the day 2 weeks later (I was unavailable sooner) with a window of 8am - 10am. The repairman showed up at 11:25am as I was heading out the door. A conversation with the woman who answered the phone at the business could only apologize and blame it on all the recall repairs the business was doing. If they can't even get scheduling done correctly, why would anyone trust them with anything. I certainly won't trust them for anything I'm paying for (instead of the Goodman company).

Our A/C recently broke during the middle of the heat wave when air temperatures were in excess of 100 degrees! I called Air Novations and they replaced our unit with in 24 hours!!!! They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier!!! Edwin and his staff couldn't more professional and courteous! I strongly recommend this company!!!

- I was constantly left me wondering what remained to be done, and when/if they would return to complete it
- It was left up to me to call them to find out even the smallest piece of information... every time.
- They scheduled appointments and didn't show up, and/or arrived after the scheduled time.. -

Although I have no hard feelings towards these guy and I wish them the best, my experience was the worst I've had with any contractor. As an example, I won't even discuss the horrors I was subjected to ( like their electrician not showing up 2 or 3 times in a row! ) during the full 1 month installation process of my new heat pump / air handler / ac system. i'll only talk about what happened when they came out for the (free) 6 month check up, which started the whole headache over again.

The guy that came out saw some things weren't done properly so he told me he would get them on it. When I called the next afternoon to see when they would send someone out, they weren't aware they needed to. When they did send someone a few days later, he had no idea why he was there. As a result he didn't have the time or tools to do the job, and said he would have to schedule the original installer to come back out on another date. He came, and he did a good job.

The unit they sold me ( Goodman brand ) seems solid, but can be noisy when starting and stop the heat pump, i heard 1 in 400 or so units have this problem, lucky me. The work done by the guys that actually climbed up into the attic to do the install was mostly completed.

Also, since they had to break out pieces of a roof truss to get the unit in I'll have to crawl up there and put some braces in.

Air Novations fixed my Air conditioning issues and addressed a gas leak in the home. Their technician was prompt, thorough and professional. I would recommend them to ANYONE seeking great service at an affordable price.

My AC was not getting the house cool. I have a pregnant wife and was concerned about her. Airnovations sent a technician quickly and discovered I had a small coolant leak. He recharged my system and had our home cooling down. The price was more than reasonable and I was extremely satisfied with the service. The technician called the next day to make sure the AC was continuing to cool the house for my wife. Airnovations is now my choice for all my future AC and heating service.
