Our experience with Air Medic was fantastic because of Ben. He was our technician and was super helpful from start to finish. He diagnosed our issue, took care of ordering the parts and installed them once they were delivered. We were very satisfied with Ben's service and communication. This contractor was assigned by First American Home Warranty to diagnose a problem with my a/c. The Install Manager, Garrett Jones was prompt, professional, and explained that the compressor needed to be replaced. First American Home Warranty refused to schedule a fix because Air Medic was requiring a 2nd opinion. Both reps of FAHW that called Air Medic on my behalf were told the same thing - a 2nd opinion was required by Air Medic. When I spoke with Air Medic I was told that FAHW was blaming them for the problem and that they never required this. Both reps of FAHW were able to confirm they spoke with Troy who told them a 2nd opinion was required - the same person that told me it was all FAHW. Air Medic then said they wouldn't work with me because I was too much trouble.
At this time I wouldn't trust them to water my lawn.

This company along with the owner Troy are straight junk. They were sent out by our Home Warranty Company for an issue with our AC system, incorrectly diagnosed an issue, found the system was low on refrigerant so they installed 19lbs of refrigerant (into a system designed to take 15lbs) so they over billed the home warranty company, on top of that 3 following HVAC companies related they installed the WRONG REFRIGERANT. That did not solve the issue, so they came back out and changed the condenser fan with a universal fit fan (not the correct model fan) and left exposed wires on top of the unit (see photo). Exposed wires were left for my 12 year old son or dog to get a hold of. I called TROY and left him a message demanding the wires be installed under the fan shroud, and he took the cowardly way out and responded to my wife (not me) by text and refused to correct, then even had the nerve to say the wires ""don't carry current"" Well my electrical tester told me different, attached see the photo of a website dedicated to this issue saying it is a SERIOUS SHOCK HAZZARD! Good Job Air Medic!!!!

Our system was completely replaced by Sierra Pacific, Solar Heating and Air on 8/15-8/16. If you want to deal with a REAL PROFESSIONAL Organization, Call Sierra Pacific!

David was our tech and he did a great job. Gave the text of on the way, showed up when said and went above and beyond. Not only did I appreciate his repair to get us our ac working but even more that he didn't give up or leave when a wasp nest was found on the unit.. on the roof! Thank you very much!

Our AC was making a noise ... called my home insurance they gave me AMHS number . This was on a weekend that I called my home insurance . I wasn't expecting AMHS to call me being that I always have to make the first call with other companies that the home insurance gives me. But Hannah called me first thing Monday morning ... I was really surprised . Anyway didn't take long for tech come to my house ... tech came next day . Ryan came to my house and he is a very professional man. He knows his business and his work. I highly recommend anyone who is having an AC problem to call AMHS ... you won't regret it .

Ben came out to look at out AC because it wasn't working in two of our bedrooms when we moved into our new place. He took time to look over everything and was able to fix the issue. Air Medic was sent out by my home warranty after my unit stopped working. David showed up much earlier than expected which was awesome. He was super friendly and informative. He took the time to explain everything to me when I asked questions. He diagnosed the bad capacitor quickly and stuck around to ensure the unit was working properly and cold air was being distributed throughout the house. I can tell David is just a overall honest good guy and that is exactly what I want of anyone sent to my house by a company. Air Medic would be wise to keep him with the company as long as they can by any means. Thank you again.
