I had AMHS come out for a warranty covered service recently and I would highly recommend them. My technician was David and he was quick to problem solve, cautious of his surroundings, and cleaned up everything once he finished. I think he was there less than an hour and was able to fix my heater even though he didn't have experience with the exact type that I had. He also was able to explain the problem to me so in the future I could feel comfortable fixing myself or checking it out on my own. Thanks for all your help, David! Go Raiders!

A claim was submitted using our home warranty on 9/11/23 and Ben came out on 9/13/23. our upstairs zone was not blowing at all when the claim was submitted so we turned the zone off. Ben inspected everything and turned on the thermostat and it worked. No issues were found. He left his card and said if it happens again to call as the claim is open for 30 days. The zone stopped working again on 9/20 so a call was made on 9/21 for them to come out again. They were able to come out on 9/25. Again, no issues were found and it was working. I stated that I did not handle heat well, that my son had just had surgery and sweating was not good for his recovery and that we were told that the claim was valid for 30 days so if it went out again I would of course call again. This was snickered at and then discussed by the technician on speaker phone in my attic. I didn't hear the entire conversation but what I did over hear was that they would have their owner handle me and just not come back. The technician was polite and tried to find the issue. When it was all said and done he said he could not find any issue but parts were being ordered, another work order would be submitted to my home warranty and I believe Troy would be in contact with me by Wednesday, 9/27. It is now 10/9 and I have yet to get a phone call or an update. My husband had to leave work early two days for this to be handled. We didn't file a claim, pay the deductible and have them come out twice for the fun of it. Super frustrating and just when we hoped to find a reputable company that was honest we are let down once again.

Nate and Josh installed a new rooftop HVAC ordered by my home warranty. I had to cover the services not covered by my warranty which was about half the cost of a new unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great team at Air Medic! They had a tech at my house w/in 36hrs of contacting my home warranty, who passed the service request on to them. Very fast & simple process. The tech, Ben, was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. He made necessary adjustments/repairs & I was back to having a working AC. I highly recommend these pros!

If there were more stars I would add them. The Air Medic team was amazing. They were assigned through our home warranty and from start to finish they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, with fast communication throughout and they managed to get a new AC system quickly.

My A/C unit stopped flowing cold air one evening. I have First American Home Shield warranty service. Sometimes I am not happy with the time frame that their contracted service companies get to my home to fix problems. In this case, Air Medic contacted me the day I submitted my work order and scheduled the appointment for the next working day. The technician, Ben, arrived on-time (actually, a little early), changed my air filters without being asked, quickly diagnosed the problem (capacitor), informed me of his findings and replaced it very efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Ben and the office staff were extremely pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

My home warranty called these guys in October 2021 when my heat went out. They proceeded to replace the board and thermostat. However, the thermostat never worked properly. It randomly won't turn on unless I flip the circuit breaker. So, last fall they replaced the thermostat again with an identical model. But it also never worked properly. Now they won't come back and fix it unless I pay them again. It was never fixed the first time, so why would I pay them again?

We originally had gotten our fuses replaced, thinking that would fix our heating problem, but to our surprise, the fuses blew out within a week and a half.
After reaching out to AMHS and explaining that our heating situation continued and the receptionist was very kind and willing to send someone out again.
David came to complete the recall and he was a rock star. He truly went above and beyond and found our issue was much more in depth than just replacing fuses. He spent nearly three hours and was determined to get the job done, and completed. Service like this, is hard to come by now days. I have two little ones, and I appreciate his attention to detail getting the heater up and running.
Nevertheless. He came fully equipped with everything we needed. It's been a little over a week since the recall, and it feels like our unit is brand new. The heat feels hotter, the house warms faster and stays warm longer. He even took the extra step to make sure our ac cooled properly!
I'm definitely coming to AMHS for my heating/cooling needs, you guys are stuck with us. But, Also, give David a raise! Just saying!
