Justin and the guys who showed up here were very good, very nice and did a good job. Justin was straight forward in his approach and overall we are very satisfied. We had an old system and it needed to be replaced but the issue of the two rooms that are warmer than the rest of the house is still an issue. The system looks great, runs great and was a fair price. They got all the duct off the ground and hung it up making it easier to walk around as well. Clean up too. We use this company for our twice a year service and are very happy with them.

Best AC and Heating company around. We had our compressor go out in March last year and the staff at Air Express was super easy to talk to and got someone out right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us our options, and even came out on a Saturday to install the new high efficiency system. We love our new AC with dehumidification, awesome air filtration, and a REME air purification system. Our house smells so fresh and clean and we feel so much better!

I recently had terrible water damage from a A/C drain pan pipe which leaked down my wall and ceiling and caused a nightmare of damage to my master bathroom and master closet. That issue was repaired but I worried it could happen again. I called Air Express because I saw one of their service vans at an intersection near my home. I took a photo of it and called them to schedule service. They came out and promptly. Agustin, the tech carefully inspected everything in my attic that was related to my A/C pipes, drain pans , ducts, etc. He found many issues including air leaks in the ducts and found a very serious A/C drain pipe problem that no one else had discovered and repaired them all! He documented everything he did and emailed the invoice to me with service notes and photos. Before he left he took the time go over the invoice and explained everything he did by using the photos before the repair and after. I now have peace of mind knowing no mysterious issues will cause leaks and water damage thanks to the tech's experience and efficient work. I highly recommend this company!

They never try to push service or equipment you don't need, very honest guys. They do great work and you'd be lucky to have them be your A/C and heating company.

With most service companies, when you're told they'll arrive between "3pm-5pm," they normally arrive at 7pm. For the 2nd time, Josiah hit it out of the park. He was here before 3:30pm, was quick, honest, and gave me several options to choose from in order to fix our problems. I can count on one hand how many people I'd recommend and that includes Josiah at Air Express.
