They charged $100 to look at our unit. Told us our unit they installed 2 years ago and serviced in April needed a new motor. Which was covered under warranty but would cost another $280 for labor. Anthony's heating and cooling came out placed vibrating pads on the outside unit that's attached to our home and problem fixed for $45. Air and energy is more interested in selling their VIP program then helping existing customers

On April 21, 2017, I contacted Air & Energy because of a flashing battery symbol on my condo's thermostat. The tech who responded removed the battery but INSISTED he had to check my system. After an exploratory operation on my AC compressor that took more than two hours, he reported that his equipment was in error, and there was nothing wrong with the system, and at that point he handed me a bill for $635.58. The next day I contacted A&E via their web site, and 2 days later I received a call from the owner, Trudy Moon, who said she would investigate the matter and get back to me. When five months passed without contact from A&E, I contacted the AMI Chamber of Commerce. Trudy Moon called me immediately thereafter, and apologized that the Director of Operations had failed to contact me as directed. She then asked me for details of the service call, and asked me why I thought that the service call was dishonest. I would like to commend Mrs. Moon for her professionalism, she then offered to charge me for the service call only, and refund the substantial overpayment that I was charged. I am grateful that Mrs. Moon rectified this matter because I have been an A& E customer for twenty seven years. Thank you Mrs. Moon for taking action to correct this matter.

WORSE COMPANY EVER! DO NOT USE THEM. RUN, and call someone else, because NO ONE CAN BE WORSE. They actually deserve zero stars, and they only get 2 out of 5 stars based on all their other reviews, which is an F rating. Just read all the other reviews and you'll see what I mean. I could give you a dozen details, but they are stupid, dishonest, and snotty, and this guy Stewie doesn't care about the elderly or any of the customers. The very worst part, besides the thousands of dollars, and long weeks in the hot Florida weather with poor ac, is that they don't know what they're doing, at all. HORRIBLE PEOPLE providing HORRIBLE SERVICE. They're horrible, every one of them.

So we rent a place at the beach for a five days. The person we rent from has a toilet that is running in the Unit we are renting from the time we got here. So after one sleepless night we contact the owner and she sends over a plumber by days end. A technician from this place shows up without parts or anything else. He felt his playing with the flap inside helped. So contact the owner and this company schedules someone to come out late Friday night last night of our trip as well as two days later. In the meantime I flush the toilet with a bucket of water for number two if you know what I mean. Throw the paper out in the trash. Last day while out to lunch a lady calls to say he is on the way there?'! I say he wasn't scheduled until 4pm also I told her if I lived on the island I would go to school for plumbing as it is obvious that non-existed. She says he will come back at the scheduled time. She later calls and tells me her error he never came earlier either. After our lunch we come back and shortly after the same idiot returns. Low and behold with the right parts it is fixed in 10 minutes. I would hate to be the owner of where we rented for many reasons #1 we will never return #2 there will be a large water bill and #3 to pay these people for doing nothing the first time is ridiculous. Lastly to spend four nights in a rental where three of those nights we heard a toilet is no bueno. To wait for a repairman twice in a place I am paying to rent is ridiculous thankful to be going home tomorrow to a house where we don't have these problems.

They misdiagnosed problem. I had to figure it out (thanks youtube) and called them back. Sure enough I was right. The part from them is $400, same part from another $145. I bought it and it is a simple plug in and now all is good. Oh yeah they wanted $200 to plug in. So what I got was bad service, high cost, NO APOLOGY, and no consideration for their error. If it was someone less savvy than me they would still have a AC system running like crap. I like the family and try to support the island business, but am done with them for good.

I came home from work on a Friday and memorial weekend, only to find I had no power. I called a few companies and got no response, even after leaving messages. I called Air and Energy and a polite young man named Hunter, called me back within 20 mins of me calling the after hours line. He came out that evening and had to come back the next day to fix the power pedestal issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. The customer service this company supplies is far Superior to other companies i have dealt with. Whenever I call the office for any of my Electrical, Plumbing or A/C needs, Air and Energy always provides me with the most professional, reliable service that I have come to expect and appreciate!!!! They normally provide me with a 2 hour time window in which I can expect them to come out. They have always adhered to that time frame.
