I had the best professional service from Air & Energy from start to finish. I closed on my villa and needed to have a new hot water heater installed, surge protector, some electrical breakers checked and a get a quote on moving my air condition unit. I had the pleasure of speaking with Serena, who was excellent explaining the products and the install services. Serena did an awesome job setting up and coordinating the three appointments. The service time was flawless and the way she strategically planned the appointments, all was completed in very short amount of time. This was so nice as I hadn't moved in to my new place. I highly recommend the company as each of the gentleman that came out Joey, Corbin, Doug and Miguel were professional and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. They were proficient and professional. They were respectful of the property and very clean and neat while preforming the services. Excellent! Excellent! I know I am in good hands.

Would highly recommend Air & Energy. From start to finish the work was superior! Sean & Ron were our installers & did a great job & was prompt & professional. We purchased the Trane XV18i for our new unit. It really stands proud & makes a statement on the side of our home. Beautiful!! We also had new duct installation & the team again did superb work. From install to clean up excellent!! Also impressive was that there was an inspection done after job complete. Nice!! Hope this helps anyone looking to invest in a new air unit for their home.

I am only giving THEM a one star because it is needed to write the review. We were totally conned by the sales person, Dustin AND UTIMATELY AIR AND ENERGY. While our existing system was working, we knew it was old and were not getting the house to appropriate temperatures during the day. Dustin arrived to review the existing system. In the review, he mentioned that our duct work might need to be replaced as well because it could be causing some of our issues. I told him we did not have the budget for that as well and if that was the case, we would pass on installing the unit for now. Dustin inspected the duct work and his comment was """"It is in surprisingly good shape"""" and the only thing that needs replacement for the system to operate properly was one section of the ducts. He assured me that our problem would be solved if we installed the new system and the one small duct area. Well, approx. $7500 later, there is no improvement... in fact it is much worse. Mid-day temperatures of 76 to 78 degrees and indoor humidity at 80%. I am running fans continuously and we cannot cook in the house because of the heat. As a business owner too, I expected the company to correct the situation and work in good faith towards a reasonable solution. If possible I would have gladly had them re-install my old system, but once it is out... there is no re-installation. Air and Energy management insisted after inspecting (previously inspected by Dustin) that the issue is in fact the duct work. Their conclusion is that the existing duct work is in terrible (not """"surprisingly good"""") shape and the only way to have the system operate as intended is to replace all the duct work for which they will charge us almost another $4,000. This will be necessary for the system to operate appropriately. So, I am out $7500, my previous system (which was more efficient that the new one installed) is gone, and now they want $4000. I can only conclude that I didn't need a new system, but new duct work. Unfortunately Dustin had this system which had been purchased in a bulk deal for another project that he still needed to unload... and I guess in his eyes... we were the """"perfect candidates"""" to meet those immediate objectives. The company owners take no responsibility. I have made several requests to meet with them and the dishonest Dustin face to face. They refuse. They do not want to acknowledge his switch and bait tactics and they take no responsibility for the individuals they have representing their company. PLEASE BE WARY OF AIR AND ENERGY.... ANYTHING FOR A SALE.

been a customer for years-always prompt and courteous techs-would give 5 stars but some techs more thorough than others-our last tech was awesome cleaning all removable filters and replacing paper throw away for nominal cost of 15-service was free due toy maintenance contract-a bargain at 179 for two service maintenance-tom this is our vacation home and visit a few times yearly but run a/c 24/7

I have been an A&E customer since 1990. On April 21, 2017 I had guests arriving from Wisconsin. I noticed the low battery signal flashing on the thermostat. It was a Sunday night at 6PM. The tech who responded emptied the battery compartment, he then said he had to check the unit. He then spent almost two hours examining the compressor and repeating: """"I can't get it to pull a vacuum."""" As the end of a two hour period approached I told him I needed an update, he said, my diagnostic tools were wrong, nothing is wrong with the compressor, I can charge it with Freon and be out of here in 5 minutes. At that point he handed me a bill for $635.58. The next day I contacted, Mrs. Moon the owner, she said she would review the matter and get back to me. Five months have passed, and I have not heard from Mrs. Moon. I will never use this company again, this was the most dishonest service call I have experienced in my twenty seven years as a property owner on Anna Maria Island.

In Oct 2016 I had our first Service/Main with Air&Energy. I have heard from others they are great, but the Service Guy never said anything besides you will need a new air conditioner down the road. I just had our second service for the year and something in Air Conditioner needs to be cleaned. So I wonder why the first guy never said anything. I just referred the neighbors who bought a brand new unit from you all. All I can say is this, you all are lacking Great Customer Service in answering your phones for appointments and Servicing units! Becoming very disappointed! Just left another crappy Air Conditioner place in Bradenton and thought you all were better!

Had another issue with AC. Compressor isn't working. They came out and replaced capacitor, $168 for part. I see the same part at Grainger for $18, online stores have it for $10. They are friendly service but way way overpriced. I will not have them back. Oh yeah, this is with the VIP deal which is a rip off too.

I came home from work on a Friday and memorial weekend, only to find I had no power. I called a few companies and got no response, even after leaving messages. I called Air and Energy and a polite young man named Hunter, called me back within 20 mins of me calling the after hours line. He came out that evening and had to come back the next day to fix the power pedestal issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. The customer service this company supplies is far Superior to other companies i have dealt with. Whenever I call the office for any of my Electrical, Plumbing or A/C needs, Air and Energy always provides me with the most professional, reliable service that I have come to expect and appreciate!!!! They normally provide me with a 2 hour time window in which I can expect them to come out. They have always adhered to that time frame.
