I was a CSR here for a few weeks. Most companies provide training or oversight when you first start. Not here. Sorry 2 or so hours of showing me what to click on in a software does not provide true insight into what you're expecting from me. Was not even provided passwords to anything for quite some time since they went on a business trip a few days after I started then I rarely saw them in the office. I had to ask how I was doing, no real feedback except I was doing well. No negative remarks from customers about my interactions. I would start on a task and they kept switching it up, so I felt I couldn't truly finish anything I started. I had many people wanting to renew contracts but wanted invoicing, but days later Lori still had not sent them an invoice. Several people complained they were not contacted back by the owner or billing. I had to apologize to a few customers about the last CSR not getting back to them. The owner made me feel I wasn't good enough and challenged my dispatching knowledge which I was not willing to sit there and be belittled. I never missed a day of work except a day I gave them prior to starting where I had an appointment. I rode my scooter an hour in the freezing cold every morning to get to my job. Today my scooter wasn't holding a charge so I hitched a ride with a co-worker and the owner Mark berated and belittled me which I was expecting eventually because he is short tempered I have overheard him yelling at his wife over money and I felt horrible for her...if you are arguing about money then maybe you are not doing something right. But to rarely be in the office, never give me feedback and then tell me I'm the reason customers aren't calling when I'm brand new is really disrespectful when nobody has yelled at me on the phone or given me negative feedback. A lot of the scheduling I ran by Sharon so if you don't like the scheduling, mostly everything I scheduled had been approved and ran by her or Lori. I have done nothing but bust my butt to get to work, and you blame your misfortune on me. I will not tolerate disrespect from any employer. Short staffed and only 2 technicians and only able to handle 3 or 4 calls per day if lucky per tech...It's unfortunate because I really wanted to love it here...Sharon and Lori are nice but Mark's negativity is a dark cloud over the business
Horrible service. My AC was out so I called and scheduled a repair visit almost a week out. Should be there between 2-4 on Friday. At 3:30, I get a call they are running late but will definitely be there. At about 5:30 received a call they couldn't make it. Of course, they don't work weekends, and I wasn't available the next Mon or Tues, so we scheduled 2-4 on Thursday. At 4:10 Thursday, I called and was assured he'd be there.
Tech finally arrives and it is discovered during roofing work, a nail had punctured the refrigerant line. Too late to work on it that night, someone was supposed to call. No call Friday or Monday.
On Monday, I called another company, and we are scheduled for the repair at noon today. Quick and easy. I called back and they didn't even provide a reason for no follow up.
My Trane unit has never worked right since it was installed. Aux heat runs constantly. I wasn't told I'd have to run another complete electrical line to it, I've been billed ""in error"" twice for a thermostat in the hundreds of dollars, and the fan caught fire.
Trane just apologizes and says to get another company, which I did.
Stay away from these guys!
Were no call no shows routine maintenance. Front the $200 for routine maintenance agreement and they dont show up. professional, have told me a part for one of split units has been waiting to arrive for over a year now. Liars unethical.
Gabriel B.Possibly the wrist company I've ever dealt with. Almost two years later and I am still trying to get them to finish repairs on a job they did at my house. I've emailed Mark many times and have not heard back. Looks like I'll have to take them to court.
It's a shame because his technicians seemed courteous and knowledgeable. They did manage to leave a ton of smudge marks on my walls, but I know accidents happen. However, destroying my driveway and cracking three sidewalk tiles and leaving my side yard nearly unmowable after numerous promises to fix it, makes the whole experience about as bad as it could have been.
Normally I'd say maybe Airdoctorx were in over the head, but Mark's attitude over the last two years has been terrible and proved he really just wants the money and doesn't care about the work.
Do yourself a favor and get someone else. Geothermal is expensive and you don't want to be saddled with additional repair costs if they walk away.
Pete M.I had a scheduled service for an afternoon at 3:30. At 3:15 I got a call from Air Doctor stating that they would have to reschedule because their technician was delayed at another job. I explained that I had already lost half a day's pay to meet them, and would greatly appreciate a weekend appointment. Air Doctor installed both my furnace and central air at a cost of several thousand dollars, and I thought that they would assist in the name of good customer service. I was told that they don't normally work weekends, and this would have to be discussed with the owner. Over the next week and a half I called 5 times and was never able to speak to the owner, ""Mark."" I gave up once the person on the phone became short with me. I then called 3 of Air Doctor's competitors, and all 3 had a better price.
