ADS installed a new air conditioning and heating system for us over a month ago and it wasn't until they left and I had paid for the job that I determined they never ran the condensation line out as it's supposed to be; it's still just stubbed out under the house, dripping down into the dirt. I can't get them to come back and finish the job. After many calls over the weeks, now the manager will not return my calls. If I had it to do again, I would choose a different company.

I called ADS for a quote to clean my air ducts and fog the system. They called me right back and the person I spoke to seemed really knowledgeable and their quote was far less than another company that I had been using. I made the appt and they came on time, did the work and everything worked as it should. The only issue was the billing, I never received a bill so I had to call and ask to pay them .

Wow I am blown away' Air design came out to do repairs on my plumbing. It was a difficult job. But the professionalism and friendliness of Sean amd Robert made the whole experience amazing. They should be commended for the work they did. In fact they went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a wood deck that had to be removed and some of the wood was rotted. Anyway they worked hard and got it done. Not only that but they put the deck back and got new wood to replace the rotten wood. At the end, the backyard look d like nothing happened. Thank you so much Air Design Systems for sending Sean and Robert. They solidified my commitment to use your company for all my plumbing g and air conditioning needs.

the company installed a new HVAC system for me in February and also recently a new cover for the HVAC system air filter. they did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. very professional, came on time, made sure I understood how it worked, cleaned up after themselves. would highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC services.

Answered the phone promptly and was not an answering service like other companies in the area. They could schedule the plumbing right away but the HVAC schedule had to wait to speak to Doug... irritated I could not do it all in one call. This is where the company can improve.

I had been dealing with serious plumbing problems for over six months. Six plumbers later, air design fixed the problems in less than three hours. The customer service was phenomenal. I was referred immediately to mike, the plumbing manager, who listened patiently to my story. He dispatched the plumber early so that he could go on the roof if necessary before rain for next two days. The plumber, daniel, was terrific. Very efficient and patient while we got authorization from my home warranty company. We tested everything several times and I've had no problems since. It was a great relief because the previous plumbers wanted to dig up my entire house and lost interest when I didn't agree! Or after listening to the problem would come to my house only to tell me they only did certain plumbing problems. Mike assured me that air design could handle the entire job. I highly recommend them, very professional and competent. Save yourself a lot of grief and call them first!
