These people are dishonest! Realtors and home owners that rent property beware! I rent. They sent an extremely rude man to my home that was here 15 minutes at the MOST! He must have thought that because I rent and the bill would go to the realtor that I would not know what he charged. So of course he could say anything! Overcharge the hell out of people! I wonder if they can be audited to find out how many people they have scammed? Well, the realtor said I was to pay the $265 bill because I clogged the sink. I called Air Design and asked what a routine sink clog that takes a few minutes to clear would cost. She said it is $125 for the first hour, one hour minimum. I then told her who I was and asked why I was over charged. She refused to speak to me about it. I said I am paying the bill so I needed to know! She would not tell me. I contacted my landlord and they did nothing about it! THEY are another story. Just kept telling me that I have to pay it. I was able to get Mike, the plumbing department manager on the phone only because I filed a complaint. He said I was charged for an hour and a half plus the use of a """" machine"""". His words. I said no, I was here and watched the man in my kitchen. He unclogged it and left in a few minutes. He didn't want to hear it. I asked if he had GPS on the plumbers vehicle. He said yes. I said check it. He did. He said.. """" Uh....no...there's no way he could have done what he said he did in such a short time. I explained the rest and asked that the bill be adjusted to the proper amount $125. I thought it was over. Landlord, Eric Gleaton Realty, still trying to collect $265. Complained again. They called Air Design, spoke to office manager, sent me an email and said, and I quote, """" They plumber can't remember what he did there so the bill has been reduced to $185! What!!!! Air Design STILL refuses to charge the proper amount. This is months of stress and aggravation. How DARE THEY treat people this way! On top of this I get mail from them today, addressed to ME, the person that they refuse to speak to about an erroneous, fraudulent charge asking me to take advantage of they're wonderful service! Ha!! I should sure them for this plus pain and suffering because you can see that I am extremely upset out this.

I had been dealing with serious plumbing problems for over six months. Six plumbers later, air design fixed the problems in less than three hours. The customer service was phenomenal. I was referred immediately to mike, the plumbing manager, who listened patiently to my story. He dispatched the plumber early so that he could go on the roof if necessary before rain for next two days. The plumber, daniel, was terrific. Very efficient and patient while we got authorization from my home warranty company. We tested everything several times and I've had no problems since. It was a great relief because the previous plumbers wanted to dig up my entire house and lost interest when I didn't agree! Or after listening to the problem would come to my house only to tell me they only did certain plumbing problems. Mike assured me that air design could handle the entire job. I highly recommend them, very professional and competent. Save yourself a lot of grief and call them first!

I have purchased two hvac systems from air design in the last three years (house has an attached apartment). Well, 18 months after they installed a $6000 system in main house the system stopped working. They came out today and charge me $120 because they only warranty their labor for one year. The problem was a wire in the outside unit was shorting out on the copper so they put some tape on it. One hundred and twenty dollars. the company installed a new HVAC system for me in February and also recently a new cover for the HVAC system air filter. they did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. very professional, came on time, made sure I understood how it worked, cleaned up after themselves. would highly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC services.

My air conditioning died on the weekend. They came out promptly, didn't overcharge and worked quickly. The repair cost was less than I expected, and solved the problem immediately! The repairman was polite, and explained everything to me as he went along. I highly recommend them!

Very happy with my experience with this company yesterday. I initially used Perdido Heating & Air, and in my opinion, was ripped off for the work that was done. So I carefully read reviews on all local companies. From the moment I called, the owner, Doug was very friendly and discussed the job with me. The team he sent did a very thorough duct cleaning and gave me a lot of helpful information. I had told Doug ahead of time that I did not want my system fogged, and the team was well aware of that and it had already been noted on their work form. Very organized! I am relieved that I have a go to company now that I can trust.

Shower liner was installed without proper prepitch below. The tile guy said he cannot warranty  the mud job or tile job if I choose to use that liner. An additional $ 380 will be the cost to remove and replace liner, installed with proper prepitch. They didn't tell me I had to have a tile guy so it has been an extreme hassle trying to find one and wait for estimates. It's been a couple of weeks now without a shower and no end in site: with their quote of $2000 and another $2000 from the tile guy to fix their bad job, I would like to never have called them.

I got 3 estimates on totally replacing my duct work. After seeing the professionalism, having fast responses, getting great reviews from the community, I paid slightly more to hire AirDesign. These guys are top notch, nice, and a pleasure to work with. Doug will brag on his company and rightfully so. They have done plumbing and duct work and I would gladly call them back for any non-DIY work in my home.
