I came home from work to a humid, 83 degree home. The weather report called for a 93 degree day tomorrow and it's already 6:30pm. Air Design Systems has 24-hour service and boy did they deliver. The repairman was at my home within an hour of my phone call and had my air conditioner tuned up, repaired and blowing cold air in about 15 minutes. The repairman was knowledgeable and had a pleasant personality. I'll be sure to call on Air Design Systems in the future if the need arises. Top notch company.

I premise this with the fact that their plumbing division is great and wil continue to use that part of the company. Had an AC issue this past weekend. On Sunday the capacitor was replaced but by Sunday evening we could not get the AC to cool below 75 degrees. Called back late Sunday afternoon for another person to take a look at our system. Was called back early evening and was told the tech had 3 other people in Milton without air in front of me. Said no problem, take care of those folks but put us on first thing Monday morning. Monday we had a tech show up, determined that is was a compressor issue and that the part would be ordered from Dallas and should be able to install on Wednesday if the part arrived on time. Called the office at 1030 on Weds as we had not heard anything. Was told the supervisor would call as soon as he got out of a meeting. Called back at 1209 to find out what was going on and was told the super was on another line and that he would call back. 1214 received a call from an admin stating that the part was in but that it takes a few hours to install and that they would like to do it Thursday. Super then got on the line when I stated we were not happy with waiting until the next day. He made it sound like he was looking at scheduling and that he would call me right back. 1259 I called again as I had not heard, the lady said she would check. I told her that I now presumed that the install would not happen until Thursday please have the people here first thing in the morning. That this would be the last time we use AD for hvac and the owner was more than welcome to call me. At 130 an admin called and said the men would be out tomorrow at 815. I voice my displeasure that the super didn't call to try and do some customer retention. Thanked her for her time. Was quoted Monday that the labor would be $810 which I thought was high as the average is $645 but since it was to be a rapid response I thought it was worth it. Now with poor customer service and a day later I presume it will be less than the $810 estimate.

Great repair job and super affordable. Even adjusted my appointment to a later time. They could have easily took an easier and more expensive approach to repair, but they went the extra mile

I had Air Design Systems clean my air ducts and unit. They did an outstanding job. I was really impressed by the time they took and the detail to which they cleaned. My house seems a lot fresher and cleaner and the whole process gave me a peace of mind. Would highly recommend them.

Rich and his team did an AMAZING job! They came in and replaced all of our shoddy, old cast iron piping that was terribly """"fixed"""" during the house flip. They did the job quickly, efficiently and professionally and even installed a garbage disposal for us last minute. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all plumbing issues in the future! (although I can't imagine there will be any considering the stellar job they did replacing our pipes)

Answered the phone promptly and was not an answering service like other companies in the area. They could schedule the plumbing right away but the HVAC schedule had to wait to speak to Doug... irritated I could not do it all in one call. This is where the company can improve.

Air Design Systems has been impressive from start to finish. The project manager Doug that came out to our house to give us an estimate was thorough and really listened to what our A/C needs were. He also gave us a lot of great useful information. The 2 gentlemen that came to do the installation, Chris and Shane, were both very nice, knowledgeable, and extra professional. And on top of the superior service from start to finish, we can't beat the price! We are so excited to have Air Design Systems for our A/C needs from now on.
