We had a new HVAC system installed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. I wanted to look at different options for our replacement. The sales rep was very helpful in explaining the difference in the models with a variety of options and help me through the decision making process. The technicians were here just a few days later and within a few hours I had a new system that is absolutely amazing. I feel like we got a great system at a great price and the Air Design staff were professional and knowledgeable. Everyone did exactly what they said they were going to do. I could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Air Design Systems. They have my business from now on. I love great customer service!

Called for a plumbing issue in bathrooms and their tech caused over $1700 of damage in kitchen. Management refused to own up to damage and do the right thing. How sickening that a company would cause damage to your home and then lie but it. Save yourself a headache and avoid using this company!!!

The company was responsive, on time, and the office employees I dealt with were courteous; however, I was billed for 1.5 hours, instead of the 1 hour that the plumber was on premises. I guess he did not think my tenant would keep up with the time, but he didn't know she is detailed oriented like that. Call and text logs were additional proof of the time on job. It over billing cost an extra $75, which would add up nicely for a company, if this practice is done consistently. I notified the office of the over billing and insisted on paying the full amount, out of principle. The office personal seemed sympathetic, but I never received an offer for price reduction that day or any contact from the company at a later date. I wouldn't say not to necessarily use this company, just make sure time on the job is recorded, and they are informed it is being recorded prior to the bill being written-up.

My kitchen sink had a leaking copper hose and handle under the counter. Called for a quote. Was told $150.00 per hour plus parts. Was charged double what the parts cost. They tried to say the time started when technician was dispatched, including driving time to my house. What! It took an hour to complete the job. 10 minutes to sit in truck to calculate the bill. When I complained about the charge of $274.66, the bill was quickly reduced to the amount quoted. $150.00 plus parts. Technician was very professional.

They replaced my toilet handle with one that was clanky and loud, and when I asked them to provide a replacement that was similar to the original one that had a quiet, smooth operation, they agreed to do that but there was some miscommunication about the scheduled appointment and they got angry. They did reschedule, but when the tech came out, he was rude and then they charged a second $160 service fee.

I have an unusual plumbing problem and asked for a LICENSED Master plumber to be sent instead of one of their journeymen who operate under the licensed umbrella on Tuesday. I got a call Wednesday morning asking if I was home. I asked, again, if a licensed Master plumber was coming and was told no, but the one they wanted to send had experienc. I said no. I need a licensed plumber. I was told I'd be called back. When I was finally called back close to five o'clock after Waiting all day when I had places I needed to go to, it was to tell me that my job didn't rate a master plumber. Don't waste your time with this company.

ADS installed a new air conditioning and heating system for us over a month ago and it wasn't until they left and I had paid for the job that I determined they never ran the condensation line out as it's supposed to be; it's still just stubbed out under the house, dripping down into the dirt. I can't get them to come back and finish the job. After many calls over the weeks, now the manager will not return my calls. If I had it to do again, I would choose a different company.
