I want to give a big shout out to Dustin Hansen and Air Control Home Service. I want to start out by saying I'm a widow. Calling anyone for service when something goes wrong is never fun. My heater was blowing cold air. Lots of it. I called Air Control because my girl friends told me to. Dustin arrived and could not have been any nicer or more professional. He checked everything out, took detailed photos so I could see what he was talking about, and then proceeded to explain very throughly what was wrong and how it could be corrected. He gave me options and discussed what the outcome would be with both. I chose to replace the unit. He then took the time to get me an amazing price and even helped with financing options. He gets a 10 out of 10 in my book. The new unit arrived the next day and I've gotta say- the install team was just as amazing. I'm an Air Control client from here on out.

This is the third time I've used Air control home services. And the experience with them has been great. I don't know if they are the cheapest and really don't care about that. I need competent and friendly service and office staff. So far they have accomplished both. I had an issue with a capacitor,which anyone who has suffered from one blowing out during heat wave knows what that is like. He found it had the part replaced it. I was there when he found it. It wasn't a set up. So just stop thinking that. So in long I recommend them and will continue our relationship in business.

Christopher is a new person with air control. Even though it was routine
Maintenance of our air conditioning system, he made a strong positive impression. He was on time, polite, efficient and explained everything to us.
I just want to say that everyone I've dealt with at this company is top quality. Jamie runs a top-notch business with hard-working, loyal employees. The staff that answers the phone are polite, helpful and are proactive in setting up appointments. Adriel runs a great plumbing side of the business.. He recently sent out Taylor who is outstanding. On time, great person, excellent plumber and he made recommendations that were cost savings. I unequivocally recommend this company.

Excellent HVAC family owned company. Plumber, Taylor Brandlen, installed all new valves and lines on every sink and toilet, in addition to two water heaters. Not smelly, despite Big River temperatures exceeding 110 Degrees, and always had a smile. On time and provided detailed estimates for the two days of work he performed. Last year, the same company installed two new air conditioning units that work flawlessly.

The company pricing is high, not sure if it's because it's Havasu or what. For ex: $306 for a hose bib, $311 for 3/4 ball valve, $478 for 3/4 pressure regulator. We paid it because we were in the middle of an emergency and didn't have time to shop around. Unfortunately insurance companies don't cover any plumbing fees so we are all out of pocket on plumbing costs.

However The five stars is for the staff because our tech Aaron was prompt, helpful, friendly, and did a great job!

Ladies who answer the phone and schedule were also great!

We wanted our Air conditioning unit inspected for the summer season. Gregory Spence was the technician who came today and checked out our system and said it was working good at this time as it is older unit. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and gave us great information about air conditioning units and more. We definitely would like him to return as our technician.

I had an outside water faucet that wouldn't completely shut off. I called Air Control, after about 2 or 3 days they sent a repair person. To replace 2 outside water faucets was $612.00. I was shocked. I wrote a check. Regretting using this Air Control company I wrote the check and will never recommend Air Control.

Geo did a great job. Solved a completely seized kitchen faucet with pliers and a blowtorch! I kid, I kid. Fixed everything perfectly and fast.

Our hot water heater went out and our Homs warranty company dispatched a company that did not answer the phone or communicate in any reasonable amount of time. I called air control and they responded wicked fast and were so professional!!! They worked me in later in the day, kept me updated on when the tech would show. When Aaron showed up he kept in contact with me and sent pictures and everything. They also offer financing for those of us who don't have an emergency fund. I am going to recommend them to everyone but also Aaron was the bomb!
