Made an appointment for 6/10/2022 to have a wifi thermostat installed. Appointment was confirmed the night before and tech was supposed to arrive early in the morning.

The day of the appointment the tech never showed up and I had to reach out to the company to find out if anyone was coming. I was informed that it would be another 3 hours before a tech could come out. Mind you it's already noon.

Wasted a vacation day and half my day at the river waiting for someone to show up.

I would not recommend this company to anyone in this area. Lack of communication, lack of reliability, and lack of customer service.

Message me for other reliable HVAC services in the area.

They were here about an hour after I called. I had a 10% coupon out of a magazine off next repair. But I was so thrilled it was fixed I forgot to use it. Lol

Service person very nice. They even send you a text with a picture of the service man and you could track where he was on his way here. That actually pretty neat

We have been using air control for a few years now, Greg serviced our air conditioner today & as usual he knows exactly was needs to be done so glad we choose air control to help us stay cool in this heat. We will be using them indefiently.

Hello, I wanted to reach out as a very satisfied customer since I first met John Pohner a couple of years ago when he quoted me for my mini-split system to all the techs, customer service reps and to Jaime and a special shout out to Manny Diaz for helping me out with an issue recently. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received from Air Control Home Services and would highly recommend to anyone! This town seems to be a bit lacking in the customer service field but not Air Control! Thank you again so very much for everything you all do! Great job to you all!

Called Air Control Home Services for an AC annual service and was very pleased with the experience. Jason sent prior notice, was on time, and completed top to bottom inspection. Got up in the attic took pictures of all components and answered all my questions. Thank you

Worst AC Company we have ever dealt with!!! Installed new Trane Unit,new Nordyne Furnace,Coils,and everything else that goes along with Units!!! 1 year warranty on parts and labor and 10 year warranty on parts!!! They don't honor the warranty's and there labor charges are so high that it was cheaper to buy the part and have it installed by a local company??? Lady says she is the owner and tells me the Blower Fan Motor has to go out completely??? What planet are they on!!! Wanted $420 for a 45 minute job and a outrageous amount for replacing a Capacitor which is 2 wires and a screw and takes 5 minutes to install trying to charge another $168!!! LOL-Was cheaper to have another company buy the parts and install them!!! Then they come out with this AC Tune-up charging $159 twice a year when everyone else charges $69??? Thieves in the night and will never use them for anything!!! Not waiting for parts that are bad to damage my unit worse!!! Called another time for a water heater replacement which was outrageous and saved $400 on my water heater installation not using Air Control!!! They like targeting older people with their outrageous prices!!! Business I hired had the Fan Blower Motor and new capacitor done in 45 minutes and Air Control wanted to charge me about $700 dollars labor and their Maintenance Plan screwing people out of over $325 dollars a year is a joke!!! Strange everyone else charges half the price of Air Control??? Would not recommend these people for nothing and have found a great company to work for me!!! Even took my Model and Serial #'s off my furnace so they could hold me hostage for them working on my units!!! Karma is a B--ch??? Sad company!!!

We had a great experience with Air Control Home Service. Our AC went out on a near 120 degree day. The receptionist was very friendly and got us scheduled for a technician to come out same day. The technician called when he was on his way and when he arrived. He had us back in cool air within an hour!! Thank you!!

I had a little break down with our AC unit , called late evening and talked with their answering service which informed me that someone would contact me first thing next morning. The call came in and a service technician named Jonathan was here before noon. He was very professional in the way he answered all my questions,and not only fixed the problem but explained all the features that the unit and thermostat have. I can't say enough about Air Control and it's employees (Great people) Thanks again for a job well done.

Definitely recommend this business. We got to our AZ home late on a Friday night hearing a water noise in the wall called Saturday morning to get someone out to look at it spoke with their answering service which had the tech call me within 30 minutes and out within the hour. Super thankful for a business that has such quick response times. The plumber was able to do the repair same day which found a leak from where the main enters the house.

I am impressed with the professionalism of Steve and Maria. Maria took my service call, and got me an appointment to get my faulty hot water heater swapped out as soon as possible. My appointment was for today, between 12-5. Steve arrived at about 12:30PM, and had my new hot water heater fully functional in two hours. The original company, Pruitts Plumbing sent a plumber who walked in, stuck his finger in the bottom of my old hot water heater, and told me that the hot water heater needed to be replaced; no kidding! It was leaking, and I knew that the 15 year old unit was not repairable. He then scheduled me for this coming Friday; four days from now. Now, mind you ... I had already told the dispatcher for Pruitts that the hot water heater was leaking, and that it was an old unit. I would have thought that the plumber that was coming would be ready to swap out the unit; wishful thinking, I guess.
