Way over priced will not use again . One electric outlet replaced 202 dollars wow tech left he did not have right outlet on truck. Came back with right outlet, think he charged me twice for service call. Other wise I paid 117 dollar for one outlet .

This is an incredible company! I have needed Air Control Home Services on four separate occasions, for four a/c units. Each time they have been right there for me with everything: quick responses, quick help arranging financing, quick installation and great explanations. They've been absolutely amazing from the technicians who measure and quote, to the office staff. Everyone is hugely helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me informed, and most importantly, they're AVAILABLE. They're old-school thorough from start to finish to follow up. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC servicing for sure, but they also have plumbers and electricians. An all-in-one call for a variety of services? They're on my speed dial! Update. They returned and made this right. They apologized and said a new technician came out and failed to address the issue adequately. They fixed the capacitor at no charge, and the A/C is working.

I had them install a mini-split. That was a great experience. Everyone was professional, no problems.

What was a problem started when I received a mailer from them offering an AC check-up service where they come out and check all of the units for problems.

The tech arrived and did his thing, then told me that there was a problem with one of the units. He said ""It's on its last legs. I can do a quote for a replacement.""

I declined to see a quote and instead called in another company. The tech came out and said, ""It's fine! It's only a few years old and just needs some refrigerant."" He charged it up and it's been running fine for the last 2 or 3 years.

I called and complained to the manager. He apologized, but I completely lost faith in the company. Either that technician was completely incompetent, or he was trying to scam me. Whatever the reason, they have lost me as a customer.

I got a call from one of their people the other day asking if I'd like to schedule a service, which is what prompted me to write this review.

No question about the work. Just the way you are taken advantage of when it comes to price. They charged $585 for a new condenser fan motor installed. The correct motor is available on Amazon for $159. And because there motor is not a factory replacement, a different compactor needed to be installed for $238. Also available on Amazon for $17. All this with an $85 diagnostics charge added up to a little less than $900 and the tech was at my house less than 1 hour. Seems to me, I was grossly overcharged for a job the took about 30 minutes to complete. Great to get my house cool again but I feel this company has charged double of what would be reasonable.

Working with Air Control Home Services was a pleasure from start to finish.

My old air conditioner gave up the ghost on a July Sunday morning in Bullhead. My old air conditioner was a prize fighter of an air conditioner, but it finally gave in and could not be reasonably repaired. So, first thing Monday morning, I called several air conditioner companies including Air Control Home Services.

Most of the air conditioning companies I called used automated answering systems or were slow to respond. However, when I called Air Control Home Services, I spoke to a live person named Jessica.

Jessica was the closest thing I have found to a Georgia peach in Arizona. Jessica was sweet, polite, and very understanding about my situation with a deceased air conditioner in Bullhead in July. Jessica also promised me she would have someone come out and give me a quote that same morning at 11:00 AM.

Fifteen minutes early arrived Brian. This guy was a gem. Brian was pleasant and extremely helpful in explaining my options. With Brian, there was no bull, bluster, or pressure to sell me anything. In Brian, there was just one family man talking to another as though we were small town neighbors.

Through Brian, I was able to get exactly what I needed installed and fully working the following day before 11:00 AM.

A few days later, I received a follow up call from Marina at Air Control Home Services. Marina was first rate. She was pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about my experience with Brian, the Air Control Home Services workers who came to my house, and if there was anything else that could be done to make sure I was completely pleased with Air Control Home Services. When I teased cookies would be nice, Air Control Home Services delivered cookies to my house.

If I could give Air Control Home Services more than five stars I would.

I was told it was going to cost $35 for a backflow test when I called to have it done, I was charged $100. They did however call the next day and apologized explaining how the error occurred. They also issued a credit to make it right. Bottom line is they stood by their original quote and did the work properly.

Ok I had these Clowns come out to fix my mom's ac. 1st they said 1000.00 to repair it. It worked for 12 hours (It worked before) and blew the breaker. Then they said over 14k to replace the unit..WTF. no way. I had the job done for 8k. Keep looking.

Got a new split unit that they installed. They were fast and quick to install. Pretty good price too. Nice warranty also. I talked to Marina a lot she was a good person to help!
