Our hot water heater went out and our Homs warranty company dispatched a company that did not answer the phone or communicate in any reasonable amount of time. I called air control and they responded wicked fast and were so professional!!! They worked me in later in the day, kept me updated on when the tech would show. When Aaron showed up he kept in contact with me and sent pictures and everything. They also offer financing for those of us who don't have an emergency fund. I am going to recommend them to everyone but also Aaron was the bomb!

We arrived at our part time house in Earp to discover no AC. It's been 95°+ over the past couple of weeks and will continue for the next week or so. And since the nights don't cool off much, we needed relief. The first place we called couldn't get to us until the 21st. We called Air Control Home Services after a recommendation from my step-sister. We left a message with the answering service and 10 minutes later, Dustin called back. We explained our situation, and he showed up early the next morning. After lengthy testing and a diagnosis, the AC is basically dead. He was able to schedule a complete replacement and installation for us the next morning. He was also able to get us a temporary fix for the next 24 hours so we could be comfortable. He was up front and completely honest (my father was in the business for over 40 years and my step-sister still is). It's nice to still have honest businesses who aren't looking to squeeze every penny from you and get the work done in an extremely timely manner.

We called to have our air conditioner serviced, they came out the next day and did it! Eliel Rodriguez was our service technician he was very courteous ,competent and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company.

Requested a quote through Yelp as they have set up to do. I sent a list of exactly what we need repaired (we are selling our house and have items an inspector called out). I was told to call the number (what I was trying to avoid doing) and when I called I was told that they would be happy to schedule an inspection.

So even though they have set up with Yelp the ability to request a quote, they won't actually provide a quote.
