I was told it was going to cost $35 for a backflow test when I called to have it done, I was charged $100. They did however call the next day and apologized explaining how the error occurred. They also issued a credit to make it right. Bottom line is they stood by their original quote and did the work properly.

Ok I had these Clowns come out to fix my mom's ac. 1st they said 1000.00 to repair it. It worked for 12 hours (It worked before) and blew the breaker. Then they said over 14k to replace the unit..WTF. no way. I had the job done for 8k. Keep looking.

Air conditioner stopped cooling. Called Air Control Home Services. The tech replaced a capacitor and charged me $296.00. He also connected three wires that he left sticking out of the top of the unit. I found the capacitor on-line for $17.00. Huge, huge mark up.

I called for an estimate for my water heater & the customer service over the phone was wonderful. My appointment was scheduled and I was informed of every thing that was included in my service call.

The day of my service I was contacted more than once to give me updates on my technicians arrival. Once my technician Geo arrived, he was extremely professional. He told me exactly what he would be doing & explained everything step-by-step throughout the service call.

After the inspection was done, he explained all parts of the service and repair & provided me with options.

He was very informative, professional, and there were no hard sales. I would definitely recommend this company.

I highly recommend air control services. I contacted them when the heat pump in my second home in Lake Havasu city stopped working. Their project manager made an appointment with my son for the next business day. I had an estimate at the end of that day and we had a contract the next day and installation the next day. I can't recommend them highly enough. No need to call anyone else.!

Highly recommend Air Control Home Services to EVERYONE. Jason and his team are more than great. I called Air Control to conduct services on my AC units and was thrilled that they were able to get me the following day. Not only did Jason show up timely, was beyond professional, but he was very open about our situation and with his recommendations. To further reiterate on their great customer service, I was able to get my unit replaced the following day, YES, back to back services within two days!!! I did not feel pressured into purchasing a new unit as Jason showed us the issues with our current one and provided us with a great deal. The services requested and the services rendered were beyond my expectations. You wouldn't be disappointed.
