Definitely recommend this business. We got to our AZ home late on a Friday night hearing a water noise in the wall called Saturday morning to get someone out to look at it spoke with their answering service which had the tech call me within 30 minutes and out within the hour. Super thankful for a business that has such quick response times. The plumber was able to do the repair same day which found a leak from where the main enters the house.

I am impressed with the professionalism of Steve and Maria. Maria took my service call, and got me an appointment to get my faulty hot water heater swapped out as soon as possible. My appointment was for today, between 12-5. Steve arrived at about 12:30PM, and had my new hot water heater fully functional in two hours. The original company, Pruitts Plumbing sent a plumber who walked in, stuck his finger in the bottom of my old hot water heater, and told me that the hot water heater needed to be replaced; no kidding! It was leaking, and I knew that the 15 year old unit was not repairable. He then scheduled me for this coming Friday; four days from now. Now, mind you ... I had already told the dispatcher for Pruitts that the hot water heater was leaking, and that it was an old unit. I would have thought that the plumber that was coming would be ready to swap out the unit; wishful thinking, I guess.

They did not provide the promised quote even after I made a follow up call...if they are that unreliable at the start I would not trust them for their service and follow up.

I was moving into a new home and was changing my thermostat things were fairly simple at first until it got above my paygrade. I called a few air conditioning services and they were too busy. I got a hold of air control home services and they were able to get someone out within 2 hours. The service technician they sent was named Joe. He is super Joe in my book! I can't say enough about this company. They were Fair, and they told me the price upfront. Joe came out and analyzed the problem. He had me up and running in no time. They were quick, they were Fair and they told me what the price would be before they got there. Joe stuck to the price even though I think it took him longer than I expected. Joe knew exactly what he was doing it just took him a while to decipher the rats nest of wires I had on my roof. I expected a higher bill but they stuck to the price that they quoted me on the phone. If I have any issues I will certainly use them again and I can't say enough about Joe. He got on it and got it done right! Thank you guys I'm keeping your card.

Air Control just completed its first service call after installing a new HVAC system. They installed 2 mini-splits (garage and Great Room) and a new Trane HVAC system, and completed ALL of the work in one day, with no issues. We had worked with another local firm before this, but will never shop anywhere else! Air Control technicians are professional, and thorough. They explain things thoroughly, and if you're interested, will make suggestions for improving efficiency, such as checking for leaks in the duct system. There are several choices for HVAC contractors in Havasu, and we're glad we chose Air Control Home Services.

This was my first time using Air Control. I had Jeff come out and give us an estimate on a mini split for our garage. He was very knowledgeable on the products and did a great job of explaining the products to me. I decided to go with Air Control after getting another estimate and have no regrets. Jose the install technician did a great job and was very professional. I had to leave for work ,but when Jose was done my wife said he did great a great job of showing her how to run and control the unit. We will for sure use them again in the future.

Average retail price of R22 refrigerant is about $50 per pound. This company charged us $120 per pound for first two and $104 per pound for four more pounds. The tech did not give us advance warning of the price per pound and proceeded to charge our unit for the handsome total cost of $751. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
