ACE has provided repairs and maintenance on our forced-air AC system for several years and I have had no problems with them. This year we decided to add a mini-split AC to our addition, which receives a great deal of solar heat.

We solicited bids from three companies, of whom two responded. ACE had the better price of the two. More importantly, the company president came in person to bid the job, and proposed a brilliant solution for where and how to install the elements of the system.

Two techs, Jim and John, came today and spent 9 hours carefully and precisely installing our new AC. They took great care to install a system that not only works well but also integrates attractively with our property. We are very happy with ACE based on this new experience. You should always obtain competing bids for major work. However, we can enthusiastically suggest that you should include ACE among the bidders. We're very glad that we did.
