Don't use them! Tech came out and was very vague on what was wrong, just told us our unit was obsolete. Never gave us a price to replace it or anything. But he made sure he collected the $85 service fee. Told my wife he would email a receipt with an explanation of the findings. Never got it. Paid for nothing.

If they break something during installation they won't fix it. Once they hand you off to their small time handyman they are done with you and nothing ever gets done. I have waited patiently for a month and called about two times in that time to check up, but the front desk doesn't try to be civil and tells me her manager will call, but he never does. It's funny, because they seem like grown men, but I guess they're just petty children who can't be made to do things they don't want to.

Do not take up a membership with air comfort solutions. They stole my money & failed to supply any service.
The service they supplied in the past was not satisfactory. My air conditioner was leaking water badly last year & they service man failed to clean my lines, & left me with with a water mess around my air conditioner.

This has to be the worst company in Tulsa. They are some of the biggest bull shit artist around. They constantly say they will call you back and never do. I wish I had read the reviews before before I used them. DO NOT use this company. Once they get your money its game over. I should have been ready, had problems when they were putting the system in. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, I think they ripped me off as it seems they always recommend they same thing no matter what's wrong.

I have had horrible Customer Service after the job was done, actually No Service!
This company says that they put Customer Satisfaction at the forefront and to please call with any questions, however I have called at least 4 TIMES over the past 6 WEEKS to simply ask some questions about a charge on my bill and to report that the tech left my exhaust pipe crooked on roof! Everytime I call I'm told ""somebody"" will call me back. I wait and wait and Nobody ever calls me back! I asked to speak to the owner and I'm told by someone named Nigel that he can't do that and I'm given more excuses that they're busy. I don't want any more excuses, I want to speak to someone who can address my issues! Today, Nigel tells me that he's going to ""try"" and call a manager. So I continue to wait... This is the 1st time I use Air Comfort Solutions for my home A/C needs and its been a terrible experience. Once they have your money, they absolutely disregard you!!

Big misunderstanding on the part for the Premiere One Air system. I thought I was quoted for the complete unit and the newer tech only quoted the base unit. The Service Manager was patient and listened and we agreed on a fix. I couldn't be happier. Things go wrong but it was great to be supported and not just left holding an empty bag. Lifetime customer status gained.

Got the $69 special for a tune up and they ended up saying I needed a whole new system duct work and was gonna charge me $20,747 for a complete new system. They are a bunch of Jews and are making money of people because Jason white couldn't make it in the NFL folks. Got 2 more quotes $7800 same warranty on everything new system, new duct work the whole 9 yards. Stay away from ACS....

I was offered a 79$ diagnostic promotion and because my AC wasn't working as well in the colder weather I wanted it checked out.
They told me it would be 19,000$. Decided to go with another company and got the problem fixed for not even a fraction of ACS's offer.
They also did not honor their 79$ fee and charged me 129$. Their receptionist Leanne told me the new owners that took over late last year do not offer ""refunds"" of any sort. Now I'm in the process of disputing the 50$ overcharge, when I probably should have refused to pay them a single red cent with their completely shady business practices in the first place.
Do NOT use this company if you want something to be fixed or for a competitive price. Do use this company if you like feeling like someone is trying to take advantage of you.

Just tried to report them to BBB and they're not even BBB accredited. holy cow, avoid this dumpster fire.

Like a previous reviewer stated, ""Mark"" showed up very promptly and spent 2 minutes looking at my ac condenser before telling me it had to be replaced and that it was ""going to be expensive."" Like how expensive, I asked...like about $2k more than I spent to replace an entire system expensive. I said ""I'm no trained HVAC mechanic, but that sounds insane."" He said let me call the boss, see what we can do. While he's outside calling, I contacted a buddy of mine who I shouldve called from the get-go, and he said that is insane, I'll be there in the am and get you fixed up for waaaay less than 1/2 of ACS's quote. I have to wonder how many unsuspecting elderly folks have been hornswoggled by this outfit. I think the guy who showed up is a sales guy promoted up from the ranks of the techs. He came back with a modest $900 price drop (which they would have made up in ""labor parts etc."") and was backpeddling some when i said no fkin way. He said ""there are other options"" but he never gave me any options, just ""buy XYZ brand it the best, oh and really expensive.""

THERES A REASON THEY CAN AFFORD TO ADVERTISE EVERY 15 MINUTES DURING THE NEWS BROADCASTS
