These guys use to respond fast or at least keep their appointments since they give you a 4hr window of when the night be there. I got suckered into spending $6000 to replace an old unit that they could no longer find parts for. Then I would get harrassed every day to schedule a tune up for heat/air. When I finally do they still dont show up. I should send them a bill for waiting at home for their azz. Dont waste your time not worth it. Always trying to bug you to set up unneeded appointments. I have a brand new heat and air why does it all of the sudden need to be serviced twice or more a year.

They installed a complete Heating/Cooling system in January 2018. At end of February the REQUIRED city inspection had not been completed because ACS had not called city -- I had to call ACS to remind them -- city inspector shows up and states he cannot sign off as repairs needed to bring it up to code -- ACS repaired items -- requiring city inspector to return for final inspection. It is now May, unit has never been signed off by the City of Tulsa. Just got off the phone with ACS to ""remind"" them they never followed thru with the required inspection. Was told the girl who takes care of inspections doesn't come in until 9:00 or 9:30 and no one else in their office can do it!!!! Sad experience...

I have never written a review before now, but I hope others will read this and take notice. I called ACS because my a/c was not blowing cold air. After a high-pressure pitch that I needed to purchase a brand new $12k unit, we settled on $1k worth of Freon that lasted about 2 months. I have since called another company only to find out that there was a leak (which they were able to fix) and i was out of refrigerant (which they refilled at a fraction of the cost of ACS). I am a single mom, and can't help but feel they took advantage of my situation and lack of knowledge. Do they exploit the elderly as well? Shame on ACS and anyone (cough, England, cough, White) who promotes them.

This Company will rip you off!
I was simply wanting a quote to change out a valve assembly in a shower I was remodeling and they wanted to charge me a full service fee just to tell me how much they would charge. There is no refund on the service fee, so they bait you in to using their service by telling you they will deduct it from the price of the finished job. If you don't use them you are simply out all that money! Not a company I would ever do business with!

Saturday evening 7/22/17 at 6pm. I called them and within 10 minutes they dispatched a technician to our home. Keep in mind it was over 100 degrees outside and I had had many friends mention that they were having issues keeping cool as well. So, I knew they would be very busy. Within 2 1/2 hours our very professional technician Roy had our system up and running. Thank you Roy and all who assisted us in our time in need!

Wish I had read yelp reviews before I had this company out. The $40 tuneup for my air conditioning is a bait and switch for sure! Suddenly my perfectly working unit had a few hundred dollars worth of trouble that I apparently didn't know about. I don't believe the guy knew what he was doing mechanically but he certainly knew what he was taught to sell

I feel that I was pressured to purchase a new furnace and A/C system. The tech and supervisor that followed were very cordial, however, the tech found ""a problem"", supervisor wrote up a quote and expected me to sign it/agree to the price for a new system. He told me I had to decide that day, but I told him no, twice, and asked for my copy of the quote. I got a second opinion and all my system needed was some Freon and has been working just fine ever since. High pressure sales is all this company does. I'm not pleased with this company at all.

I had these service techs to my house and I really believe they are not honest. They quoted me $387 to do simple repairs to a toilet and bathtub faucet. After the tech engaged on fixing them, he said he was going to be able to lower the price and give me a better deal. It ended up being $307. I have to have them back out because one of the toilets is making a new noise that doesn't seem normal. Their HVAC tech was here at the same time and quoted me $6700 for a middle of the road brand to replace my unit. The unit is 3 ton in size. In getting other quotes this amount is Leaps & bounds above the other quotes. I do believe this company over charges. It's a shame. I would not recommend them.

These people are crooks! They told me I needed a $4500 new sewer line. I got a second opinion and I didn't need one at all! So many people I know have had similar issues with them!

Great customer service from service tech. Bobby, very friendly & professional. He was at my home to check my furnaces and change filters. He was very thorough & seemed to be very detailed oriented through the process, he found some wires that were rubbing against a area that could cause shortages, he took time to tape them up securely so that they would not be causing me problems in the future. Thank you Bobby!
