I contacted Air Comfort Solutions for estimate on a new A/C and Heat package unit to be installed at my business and they called the day before to confirm appointment and they were a no call no show. Very disappointed. They showed me how unprofessional and how they lack work ethics. I will never recommend their business to no one. I have purchased from them years ago before on a new install of a complete heat and air unit with duct work for my home. I couldn't believe that they acted so irresponsible. I contacted A & T Mechanical and was out to meet with me that same day and gave them my business.

We called ACS to repair a leaking bathtub faucet and also install a new garage disposal unit (replacing an old one). They sent a plumber named Zach...he pulled the old faucet and tried to get a part out of the faucet...he jerked the faucet up and down so hard, it broke a water line coming up to the tub! Then he started checking to replace the garbage disposal --he said all the connections needed replaced and quoted a a price tag of $5500.00!!! Then he started telling us we needed to replace all the water line connections in the whole house and quoted $21,000.00! We said no way....he called another plumber Jason to repair the water line and of course he had to cut a part of the wall out to repair. Jason did a good job but he did not run water through the new faucet and thee was another leak that we found after running water in the bathtub...they sent a plumber Danny and he fixed what he found but also had to cut out more wall and baseboard...then we discovered more leakage at the same place..they sent out the best plumber of all..her name is Crystal..she pulled the drain in the bathtub and found the crack in the drain that should have been found by Jason!!! Now we have been waiting for a month to get the wall repaired and I have had several phone calls and texts with Bryan the Plumbing Manager regarding the wall repair and I am still waiting today, July 8, 2024, for a phone call to get a carpenter scheduled to fix the wall!!! Air Comfort Solutions should get out of the plumbing business and stick with what they know which is A/C. Gloria Cockrum

If I could give a negative star(s) I would. We referred one of our loyal customers to them for electrical work and a 10% fee to be paid back to us. Instead of giving us our fee, they decided to hound us for the amount and then chose to write it off. The amount was under $200!
We will NEVER send any of our customers to them again.

I called for a service request because my renters said the house was too warm. I set everything up including giving them my credit card. They called back two minutes later cancelling my appointment because I could not give them access to the furnace. It makes no sense as all I was asking them to do was check the a/c.

5 months ago I had Air Comfort come out and fix my water leek from the city meter to my house. it cost me $2066.53 for an new 1inch elbow for the water line and 2 hours labor. 5 1/2 months later it's leaking from the same elbow.

No water to the house.

I called and the can't fix what they didn't fix the first time for 3 days!!!

OVER PRICED NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We called for a sink clog in our kitchen. Before they did anything they asked what year our house was built. After a service tech used a pipe cleaner he said he hit a clog and someone would stop buy with a camera. They said our pipe was corroded beyond repair and would have to tear up foundation and floors to the tune of $5700 to $18,000. We called another company who cleaned the clog of grease and hair in 15 minutes for $200 and no sign of corrosion at all. We posted our experience on line and a huge amount of Oklahomans reported the same experience with Air comfort solutions. Shame on businesses who run scams like this. Kharma is very real!

company sucks. the customer service rep manager fires everyone she doesn't like and nobody ever does anything about it it. all of you customers are getting ripped off badly. i can name a list of things they don't want you knowing.

this company will go through and down employees the second they no longer like them PERSONALLY. the customer service rep manager is the definition of someone that has power and uses it wrongfully. do not recommend service or employment wise.

DO NOT USE!!! When your AC is not working properly and you call for a service and they diagnose the problem and tell you that you need it replaced as it is not worth fixing. The gentleman who came to repair stated that someone will come and give me an estimate for a new air condition. Scooter (salesman) prompt and willing to get it installed the very next day and the cost for a 3 ton air conditioner was unbelievable. Three options Cheapest was $13597.00,next was $17997.00 and third 24993.00. with 9.9 % financing. I did ask it seems very high. When you do not have air and it is over 100 degrees and as a person who does not know much air conditioners you feel like yo have no choice.

Let me tell you what a RIPOFF. I am getting it replaced so much cheaper under $10000.00. Don't ever use them. They take advantage of people who are desperate and it is unconscionable.

DO NOT USE!! We paid for an extended warranty. When the compressor motor went out they covered the part ($125), and charged us almost $500 for a 20 minute fix job. Called to dispute they said they charge by the job and not by the hour and nothing we could do. This will be reported to the better business bureau.
