Worst company ever to take advantage of elderly senior citizens. When they installed their overpriced a/c unit at my mother's home in Moore, they didn't even install an air filter. Thus my mothers home was getting exceptionally dusty and she started having coughing attacks. Come to find out it was because of their focus on charging a ridiculous amount for an A/C unit and leaving as fast as they could. They never responded to my call to get restitution for ductwork cleaning. Then they told my mother that she had to have an $1800 water heater plus sign a $179 maintenance contract that put me over the edge. I had her refuse that and I called a legitimate plumber. He simply made some adjustments and reset the water heater and it didn't cost a dime. Quite a bit of difference from taking an old lady's fixed income. What a bunch of money hungry crooks. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

Had a toilet that I think one of our house guests children put a rubber toy in and for the last month I've had the toilet backed up then clear then backs up again etc. roto rooter and jimmys plumber came out and snaked it with limited success once each. Couldn't get jimmys plumber to return a call (I know independent plumbers get busy but at least text me and tell me to call someone else!) so I called AIR COMFORT SOLUTIONS, Jason White that you see on all the commercials and they were fast, efficient, friendly, and even though I thought the toilet needed pulling and parts on toilet needed replacing, Gerald took an auger and did his expert magic and thinks it felt like a rubber toy and thinks he sent it on its way into the sewer unclogging the toilet. Instead of replacing all the parts that I thought needed replacing, he took them apart and found a valve seal that just needed pushing back on and $95 later, so far, it's working like a champ! Other companies charge $65-90 just to knock on your door! Thank you Comfort Solutions, thank you Gerald! I'll NEVER use anyone else. UPDATE: The installers arrived on time and finished faster than anticipated installing new HVAC system, and a new while home UV light filter that reduces germs, allergies, and an ozone feature that removes odors from the air! Techs were all very professional, patient, willing to answer questions, and showed me how the system worked. The did not hard sell their top of the line system for 16k, but happily discussed and ultimately sold me their lower mine BRYANT system for a fairly reasonable price, they charge more, and I think rightly so, because they can trundle shoot, repair, or replace very very fast, often same day, at worst next morning, and that includes weekends and holidays! Mike Coleman, their salesman for new unit install was very very patient, informative, low pressure. Of course he's getting thousands of my hard earned dollars........he better be. So far, so good. UPDATE 8 Feb......heat and air have both worked fabulous keeping us comfortable throughout the year. I noticed a bit of a loud sound that would increase then go quieter when the AC was on cooling. I though it was about to blow up. I'm thinking to myself ""ok, if I call for warranty work they'll find something to charge me for"" I was wrong. They den Eric out the SAME DAY I CALLED! He checked the entire system out outside and checked the furnace upstairs. He confidently told me there was a few panels a bit loose, plus the piping was vibrating a bit against the house, and sure enough he tightened/adjusted. UPDATE HVAC STILL RUNNING GREAT, they gave me $60 off to install a new garbage disposer that was over 10 years old. Great timely service, efficient, cleaned up after, washed my dishes, great all a round.

I used to use them for a yearly services for a year until my AC unit started to have freezing issues. Their solution was a new unit for $10,000. I got a second opinion from another company and just needed to add an additional intake vent which we did ourselves for less than $10.00. Also our unit was still under warranty for another 5 years, which they didn't tell us. Will not use this company again or refer anyone to them.

Called for a service call. Literally removed the panel from the outside unit, Said it (the unit) needed be replaced - Did not check freon or really anything else. Left. 10 minutes tops - $139.00. Yikes. He also gave me a quote on a brand new unit...Wonder why I chose their competition to replace?

I am in the industry and the are raping the consumer. We came behind the several times to give a second opinion. Always elderly they are taking advantage of. They had givin a 7000 dollar bid to replace a unit that had gone out. We replaced the fan motor for 180 dollars and fixed it. They are doing full installs for 18,000 and we do better cleaner work for 5200. Its disgusting that Jason White is so shady. We showed up to do a job and all of a sudden they showed up and SAID THIS IS OUR JOB GET OUT OF HERE. We said the customer called us because they thought 16000 was a little high we did a swap out on both condenser and furnace for 3800. She had to tell them she was going to call the police if theyym did not leave her property. THEY ARE THE SCUM OF THIS INDUSTRY AND GIVE THE REST OF US A BAD NAME.

I had my air conditioner serviced about 3 months ago, new R-22 freon and the works and it blows ice cold air and ran perfectly. I prepaid last year for a yearly tune up agreement with Air Comfort Solutions and when they called to schedule THEIR service I figured what the heck they may as well come take a look, like a second opinion. I was out of town on business and informed them my wife would work from home the day of the service. Long story short I have a new air conditioning system. The salesman, MIKE, told my wife our 19 year old unit would probably break anytime now and the outdated freon was being phased out and basically spooked her into purchasing a new unit from them. Now this repair was scheduled by me. Its my phone number as a contact. Did anyone call me? no. This is a typical ""take advantage of the wife while hubby is out of town"" sales scam. My old unit ran perfectly and ever hear ""dont fix what aint broken""? This is the shadiest AC company ive ever dealt with. I have a new $4000 ac system I didnt need. When I called to complain Mike returned my call but had nothing to say about it when I called him out. I asked for him to have his supervisor call me and he never did. I dont expect they'll call, they got what they came for. I'll NEVER EVER use them again and guys dont EVER leave the wife home alone when they come by to scare her into buying something you dont need. Shady, shady, shady. Shame on you ACS.

I initially called Air Comfort Solutions because my furnace blower was not working. They said the service call would cover the cost of all necessary labor to do the repair and I would only pay for the parts. That seemed fair. I asked how much a blower cost and the lady said only the driver could provide a price. While waiting for them to come out I called two other heating suppliers -- one quoted me $450 for part installed and the other quoted me $225 for the part installed.
I figured that Air Comfort Solutions would be in the ballpark price wise so I did not cancel the appointment.
As soon as the service man arrived I asked him the price and he said $715 on top of the service call. Imagine my surprise. I asked him to leave. He did not do any work while he was here but Air Comfort still pursued the collection of the $130 service call with an attorney.

i called the number for quality air inc and got air comfort solutions. received horrible service the technician went to one of my rental properties and didn't enter because I wasn't there and didn't call and follow up. I'm not one to complain but they suck I will not use them ever!!!!!!

Heat went out one day in winter. Called ACS and decided to see if they could fix the problem. They came out took 2 screws out of furnace and noticed it was the secondary fan that was bad. They WANTED, get this 1000 dollars to fix that and I did not know there pricing was so much more expensive than other competitors when I called them out. Then a sales guy came out tried to get us to replace the whole unit. WHAT??? The 20 year old unit is fine, I just need the fan fixed okay.. So when they were getting ready to leave, they wanted the 139 dollar SERVICE fee. SERVICE is a SERVICE performed to fix a problem. I was like your going to swindle my elderly dad out of that. Then we called KT Wellman, which by the way is an awesome honest H&A guy who fixed the fan for $400.. How can there be a $600 dollar difference between 2 similar companies. This is outrageous. Im just leaving a review so other people know, you better plan on using this company before they come out becuase they will stiff you for their BS $139 SERVICE fee. They was no service performed at ALL!!! DISHONEST COMPANY. WILL NEVER USE OR CALL AGAIN!!

I have had nothing but problems with Air Comfort Solutions they downsize me at first did not put a big enough unit then when they replaced it within a year the unit broke down and I have to spend another another $176 when it should still be under warranty this company is a rip-off my name is Glenn Hollis and I'm not afraid to say it this company needs to be put out of business they are ripping consumers off and using lip service to buy cover it
