I had a small misting water leak in my garage . So was recommended by my brother n law. This was on a Wednesday so I could still get a quick shower and flush the toilet and then turn off the water at the meter. I set an appointment between 12:00 -1:00 with this company and waited and waited until 6:00 pm . His name was P.J. He messed around with it for 2 hours only to make it worse! Now it's flooding out! No more showers or flushes! He said he was going to report it back to the company and they will contact me with a quote on pricing. Never heard anything back from the company so I had to call them . They gave me ( Ryan) and he told me that they can't come back until Monday, I told him my situation that I'm on social Security and would have to borrow the money from my sister. He told me not to worry that he'll give me the best price possible. So ( Ryan ) gave me appointment for 9:30 Monday. ( So I had no water on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! thanks to P.J. ) I waited until 10:30 and called Ryan again and he told me that he forgot to schedule me!! So it would be later that day . Finally arrived around noon they were eating lunch in my driveway. They tried to fix the leak but showed me what needed to be done. Had to call Ryan again and told him about my situation and problem. He said don't worry about it it's going to be fine and I still told him that I'm living on social Security and I will have to borrow the money! It needed a new water heater so I agreed . They came back on Tuesday and started to work on the leak and replaced the water heater. But they forgot their hose so they used mine. I went to lunch around a hour and came back and they were still draining the water heater because they didn't have a pump either!!! It took them about two hours just to drain the tank!! After that it seemed like it only took them 45 minutes to hook up the new water heater and lines . They finished and left and now I get a bill that I signed with P.J. that only states what needs to be done! But never got a quote from Ryan or the company! Now they want $3430.39 to fix a leak and replace the hot water heater! I WOULD HAVE PASS ON THIS IF RYAN WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE TOTAL AMOUNT!

Air-Care Southeast installed our system five years ago, and it has been extremely reliable. We recently had an issue with the drain pan (not the system) that required attention. We called them about noon, and a team was here that afternoon, fixed the issue, and were gone by 4:30. You just don't get that kind of service in the summer! Kudos, gentlemen !

Hubby bought a (turned out to defective) fan motor from Amazon. He began putting it on Saturday morning Labor Day weekend. When we still didn't have air by 3 p.m., we called Air-Care Southeast, and Carl even tried talking the hubby through everything!!! How incredible! Who does that?? Since the motor was defective, there was nothing that could be done. Rick came out at 7:30 p.m. and put in a new motor for us. Lifesaver! Very reasonable price as well. Highly, highly, recommend. They will be doing all of our A/C work from now on. THANK YOU!!!
