YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR but I can't post a review without selecting 1 STAR. So for the 3rd time in 3 months I've had to have a technician come out and fix the same issue on an AC that is 14 months old and cost $6500.00. During his 3rd visit for the same problem the technician replaced the over flow switch with a new one to supposedly prevent this issue from happening again. Every time I call at night I'm asked if it's an Emergency it's South Florida in August and I have no AC of course it's an emergency.I have a 4 year old daughter. You employ some of the rudest customer service people I've ever dealt with in my life. I asked for a supervisor to call me twice and never got a call until I posted on a Facebook thread which was promptly erased. Guess ATC wants everyone to think they are great and not let dissatisfied customers express their dissatisfaction. If I had a chance to do it all over again I'd melt before I invested 6500 on a unit from this company. . Even the sales rep who sold us the unit didn't provide an air filter. $6500.00 ac unit and I had to custom order an air filter. HORRIBLE but when you have a monopoly in the area your customer service doesn't really matter it's all about $$$$.

My AC unit unfortunately stopped working on a whim. I called Air Around the Clock, and they set me up for the first time slot the next day. They sent out a serviceman named Scottie. He was courteous, professional, and actually walked me through what was wrong with my AC unit, showing me what was wrong, instead of just telling me. If ever I need to use Air Around the Clock again, I will definitely ask for Scottie! He's a great air tech! Thanks Air Around the Clock!

This company has excellent form when it comes to selling replacement equipment buy remain disinterested re a failure caused by an inadequate fuse with the original installation. I did call them and was told I'd get a call back....which never came. I then texted them on their own website and was ignored there as well.

We had a technician Devinton who was so knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything thoroughly! I've dealt with a lot of AC folks and he clearly is the best. We're in Delray Beach, Fl so the AC is the lifeline for any home!

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Air Around the Clock for 11 years. We have paid for the maintenance agreement of $225 dollars a year. We paid for a new AC inside and outside (a complete unit) and bought it through them a few years ago. It is still under warranty. The coil got a hole in it and needed to be replaced. There was no charge for the part as the manufacturer covered that. We had a very nice, knowledgeable technician, Kennedy come in to replace the part. From start to stop of job was under 1 1/2 hours. The charge came to $650. 00. Wow! All for one and one half hours of work and picking up the part on the way to our home. I called the main office and the call was escalated to Suzy. I explain that we had been a customer of theirs for years and she could see that from our records. I asked if there was anything she could do on the price as we have been loyal to them for over a decade. She was not willing to budge one penny. I explained that there are other companies our there, but we have showed our loyalty to them and I would hope they would reduce the bill as I believed it was way out of line. She was not willing to do that and acted like they didn't need our business as """"they have so many customers already"""". They will have one less customer once the maintenance agreement runs out. I went to Yelp, as I had never used it before, to let others know about the lack of loyalty which AATC demonstrated to me as an existing customer and their unwillingness to do what I believe to be the right thing. I was a salesman for years and always made sure that my customers were treated fairly and provided with the best customer service. If I felt that the customer deserved better, then I made sure they were taken care of properly and I made things right. There will be businesses like this that may be thinking that they are better than the everyday man and women, but I thank Yelp for the ability to let others know how it is. I am not the type of person to right reviews especially when things are handled incorrectly. I am the person who calls companies to tell them that an employee of theirs went above and beyond and deserves the recognition, so this is a first for me. (I did tell them that the technician, Kennedy was very nice, professional, did a great job.) I will be ending my relationship with AATC and letting everyone I know about the treatment and lack of loyalty I received throughout this experience. Gonna be looking for a new AC company. Thank you for this forum. I am giving them one star as the technicians are the only positive, and the app will not let me select zero stars.

Our AC had been down for an entire day. We thought the unit just needed to be defrosted, which is why we let it sit off for a whole day. When it still wasn't working we called ATC. Bernard was scheduled to be out to our condo that afternoon, but due to the obnoxiously difficult association that we live in, they wouldn't let him in. I truly appreciated him trying his hardest to get by the guard dogs (the ones that we had previously warned of Bernard's arrival). Bernard kindly switched our appointment to first thing the next morning. Terry came out and serviced our unit. He was able to quickly identify that our fan relay majig wasn't functioning. He had the proper parts in his van and was able to resolve our issue, clean the unit, check the freon level, and be out in an hour. Would definitely use ATC again!

All of the employees at air around the clock are professional with excellent communication skills and extremely knowledgeable. They are efficient and timely. I couldn't be more pleased.

They had a technician come out to inspect for $95 but then later charges my wife $495. Doesn't provide a receipt and did not inform my wife of what was being charged. The technician did not make any repairs just simply inspected, also left the AC unit open did not put screws back for the cover. Also technician needed to use our hose and left it completely rolled out into my back yard with the water running. Technicians name was Robert from the Fort Lauderdale location. Will never call this horrible company for service again. And will be disputing the charges.

This company is the best one offering repair services, specifically the best regarding the cost and quality of their services. When I called Air Around The Clock for my problem the technician who was assigned to me came right away to do the repair and finished it relatively quickly and did a good job. He also noticed that my ducts were a little dirty and said that the company also takes care of that, and for just a little extra money, he too care of cleaning and maintaining the ducts. In general, it was a very worthwhile service.

I am writing you to let you know that Mark, that works for your company isn't about customer service and having lasting customers for your company. I request for a technician to come out and take a look at my unit that was installed by air around the clock, I informed the technician that the unit doesn't shut off.and all I got was I needed a new unit, the technician saw how old the unit was ( 12 years old)and his diagnosis was I needed a new unit mind you he didn't open my unit inside my house and he didn't write down my issue i was having with the unit. I called Mark back after I got a second opinion (2 weeks later), and that person listened to me and solved the problem. No where in Mark's notes stated the reason why the technician came out to my house. Mark, I got so aggressive with me on the phone, I asked him what my issue was for the technician to come to my house? he couldn't tell me that but was able to tell me about the quote that was given to me by the technician. I asked him for the refund because I felt like my issue wasn't solved by the company that I trusted. Mark was all about selling me a new unit, not handling the issue I had with the AC unit. Air Around the clock do better. Daisy. I called another company and the guy came out listen to me and solved the problem. If you need that company name and number contact me. The ac unit is 12 years old, I also have a car that 12 years old and I don't need a new car.
