Bought new unit 4 months ago had them out 3 times now the 4th time they're saying I have to pay an emergency fee. They also deleted my 2 previous calls. Wondering if anyone else had this same experience. They are charging astronomical amounts for the unit and now they are trying to charge me more for a faulty unit. Never will recommend them to anyone.

Be careful with this company. They will be very nice before they have your money. But they are NOT professional. They will screw you any way they can. They pulled a PERMIT for a unit I purchased with my 84-year old mother years ago. After the sale they NEVER CLOSED the permit. Now I am selling the unit and the sale is pending this closure of the permit. I have called them about 10 times one day this week, and they did not get back to me. They didn't bother to get the facts from me - and you will never hear from management. If they do call you back - they will yell at you and tell you it's all your fault. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are the Walmart of AC and they treat you worse than Walmart, if that is possible. I kept quiet for years about them. BUT the time has come for me to speak out. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. BAD NEWS. BAD PEOPLE.

Stay far away from this company. The tech came out in a timely matter. Looked at my A/C unit said """"watch this,majic"""" . Pressed a button and my air came on. He told me I needed a new unit and the cost would be $6800. He left and about a half hour later the air went off again. I called the 24 hour line to try to get an idea where this magic button was. It was the least they could do is tell since I paid $195 for the tech to press a button and leave. About 2 minutes of work. I called around 830pm. I got a return call at 730am a message was left telling me the tech left the new unit information. I received another call around 9am. Basically telling me the same thing. I called back and asked the not to call me anymore and for $195 I should get better service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give a 0 review for this company I would ! The management team is totally irresponsible and I even feel sorry for the technicians that need to take direction from them. After having a new Air conditioner installed in April , 2023 and my getting ill from a freeon leak that could not be repaired until a third technician finally did a thorough testing and REPAIR. FYI, this was after the manager John """"guaranteed the leak was fixed"""". (Without ever seeing it himself) - 5 days later I was able to move back into my home. Now it is August, my """"new""""air conditioner is not working. When the technician came he found a blockage in the Freon line that needs to have the coils, if Both the outside and inside unit replaced. He needed to shut the unit entirely which means there is no air until the coils are replaced. The coils are ordered and according to both the """"supervisor"""" Brittany that works with John but is not John's supervisor - ( John will not come to the phone - besides being incompetent, he is a coward """" ) , and the phone attendant, describe (verbatim) that protocol of Air Around the clock"""" is that they are limited by the manufacturer as to when the part is delivered. """"Air Around The Clock"""" will not pay for overnight delivery, even if in record breaking high temperatures, and there is a Senior resident living with no air conditioning for at least another 48 hours. With """"Air Around the Clock"""" money rules, no exceptions. Please don't get trapped by a company that shows no common sense towards customers, has an incompetent management/supervisor team, and that overall is NOT pleasant to work with. The technicians are all very nice however vary in skills and work for a mgt team that does not oversee the work other than remotely even when there are numerous issues with the same unit. Frustrating does not even begin to describe my thoughts on this company. In addition, their prices are average- certainly not the least. I also made the mistake of buying a 10 year service agree from them. I will in all likelihood get my money's worth from that decision. That was not the intent on my part. There are so many AC vendors in South FLorida... please find one other then Air Around the Clock.

I signed a contract earlier this year and had my 1st scheduled maintenance this Friday. I asked him to make sure the line was clear as it has a tendency to clog and the tech told me everything looked good, the line was clear etc. That was Friday...by Sunday I came home to find my ac not cooling and my unit flooding the inside of my house. When I called to request emergency service (was in queue for over :20 minutes waiting for someone to answer) I was told they didn't have any service techs available and the earliest they could come would be Monday. They weren't able to confirm a time for Monday either. EPIC FAILURE...do not be fooled by their advertising and they don't stand behind their contract either. They just plain take your money!!! I will be going to small claims court to get my money back and am now in search of a reliable repair service.

I purchased one in unit for my condo approx 2 yrs ago and then a second unit I needed another one the same yr. I ask for a yearly maintenance contract to service both unit last month a fellow came out and was here maybe 10 minutes and says """"all done"""" $377 which i paid . Two days later I am told I am flooding the apartment below me. And yes it was my ac over flowing drain pan. Upon looking Nothing apparently was done except put a hose in the drain line and blow. The second unit not touched.I called and told the lady who answered I would like to cancel the contract and get a refund. NO she said. It states in the small print no refund she says. If your """"wife is hot"""" just grin and bare it. I have serviced my home ac for 20 years so I know what needs to be done. They don't Run run run Ripoff

I have been a customer of ATC for over three decades with multiple homes, today the ATC tech answered my call for service on my main unit. It was the condenser capacitor which the tech replaced in 5 minutes. The capacitor was $5 but ATC charged $265 for the service. It is time to shop around for a new ac supplier and maintenance work as ATC is now in a position of apparently taking advantage of it's customers. Apparently that happens when a company's growth is so great they feel obliged taking advantage of customers. It is really a shame on the owner and his business philosophy as he pretends to be a man of the people. Never again! Another funny thing about this operation is the girl claiming to be the so-called owner only responds to 5 STAR ratings, ignoring all others, and her responses are of 2 or 3 cut'n'paste responses, brilliant.

Not only do they provide the worst products for your home that don't even work the customer service is insane. They have a new issue everyday and only come for two hours. WORST COMPANY EVER FOR AIR CONDITIONING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
