Driver of Aina Plumbing truck drive like one aggro mainland haole. Cutting people off, not letting anyone merge. You might be done with your job for the day but when the van you drive has the logo of your business on it you might want to drive with some Aloha and respect in your community. I will never support this company now.

I had a pretty bad gas line leak that demanded replacement rather than repair. Kyle and his team estimated 4 days of work to put in approximately 165' of new line, putting in a new plastic-type line that will last longer than the steel pipe that made it 14 years. While trenches were unavoidable, his team did a good job of repair to my yard. Everything works great. Was not cheap but the work was very good.

Unbelievably bad service - they came out two weeks ago and said they didn't have a part, rescheduled appointment, and then missed their scheduled appointment, which I had confirmed twice. They did not bother to call, but simply didn't show up. Poor work ethic, poor service, and poor results

Just had their service on Changing the outer valve for the washer. Work was well done and so efficient to coordinate the app and they are prompt. Recommend from my security guard in our condo, he knows who is the best in town and I always take his advice. Glad I took his recommendation! I called very last minute, my toilet was not flushing and well that sucked, first they were very pleasant over phone called me back 1st so after reading their reviews decided to go w/their co. Someone was at our house the day after we called, they were able to squeeze us in! Showed up early, super friendly, fixed our clogged sink in a half hour and gave us advice on how to not clog up our drain again! :) Definitely recommend!!
