Aim to Please Plumbing is the best! I'm so confident in their work and pricing that I will continue to recommend them without any reservations to anyone searching for a good and honest plumber. They've always been efficient, so helpful, friendly (!), and quick to clean up any spatters and messes. They've come out quickly, sometimes within an hour or two, of my call for help.

I've used them for a water heater install, to find the source of a leak in my basement ceiling (leaking frig ice-maker, not the washer that I'd suspected), and my recent nasty problem... Alan thought outside the box and managed to find the source of my recurrent headache of a frozen bathroom sink drain. Instead of running the drain inside my home, someone had previously run part of it to the outside just a few inches away. The pipe was hiding under the bottom of my siding where it was exposed to all that cold air! In the process of getting to the bottom of that problem, he discovered a leak under my sink and fixed that, including a new tailpiece, at no charge! Oh my gosh, where else could you find a plumber who would do that?!

On the recommendation of a co-worker, I called Aim to Please for a list of work that was part of a remodel, including moving a gas line, adding outlets, installing a ceiling fan, and rewiring lighting in the basement. Alan, Matthias, and Malachi did a great job, and Alan was particularly creative about placement of a troublesome switch and outlet. Malachi and Matthias were extremely personable and excellent communicators. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I second a previous reviewers note that you should be home when they're working to make sure you can answer questions and clarify anything that might come up during the job, but that's just a good idea regardless of who is doing your work. That will also give you an opportunity to take advantage of their creative solutions!

Terrible. Waited 4 weeks for appt. Finally, the electrician drove a huge truck in REVERSE - at a high speed - on my circular driveway, hit my lansdscaping, climbed over the boy who was in the passenger seat (couldn't use the driver side door), made a sarcastic remark about my landscaping (he didn't expect me to be outside waiting), then left. HE was offended. #NoRespect. 0 stars

What a delightful and knowledgeable electrician Alan was, as well as his assistant Zippy. We were able to get right in for an appt and when they arrived they were both so kind and respectful. Alan worked right away to find and resolve our electrical problem. We needed to have an addl appt for another issue and upon calling their office Valerie, was also very efficient and kind.
Great company and we would recommend them and will call them again if we have any other needs.

I was extremely impressed with their service during my recent appointment. They were there promptly (even calling me to ask if I could be available earlier since they had a last minute cancellation). They did an excellent job in describing in detail the issues that they found. I actually felt like I learned a lot about how to identify some of the problems myself. I was able to ask a lot of questions and they took the time to make sure I understood.

My house was built in the 50's and with old original bathrooms, there can be unique issues. They fixed the problems that I needed them to, told me about what I could do to minimize some issues without having to redo my bathrooms, and even went the extra mile to help fix the blower on my wood burning stove!!

I am going to recommend this company to anyone I know who needs plumbing or electrical work done. It is nice to have a company where you feel like you can trust their work.

The guys from Aim To Please have worked on a few projects at our house and have always done a fantastic job! It's nice to have electrical work and plumbing done by the same company-kind of a ""one stop shop"" Most recently Matthias and Alan came out to work on our pool cover electrical. They did a great job and are very timely and efficient. You will not be dissatisfied with these guys.

Alan Meeker and Matthias Geraci repaired 2 light switches and the master bath's stool's ballcock and valve professionally and timely. Also pointed out that the hot water shut off valves were not operational. Had just paid $325.00 to an inspector 11 months earlier and he failed to point this out. Should this be concerning?

We hired Aim to Please to completely remodel our bathroom. This involved removing the old shower/tub, toilet, vanity, sink, and accessories (towel bars, etc) and replacing them with new ones.

Josh and Malachi were courteous, professional, and -- most importantly -- clearly took a great deal of pride in their work. They removed and disposed of all the old bathroom components, put in the new ones, patched up some drywall, added some really sharp-looking tile around the new shower, and then took care of all the small finishing touches. They even hung the new shower curtain for us!

When the guys ran into unexpected issues (including one EXTREMELY not-square wall!), they were able to quickly devise creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions. They completed the job in slightly less time than estimated (4.5 days instead of 5), and they worked hard to ensure that every detail was just right. We appreciated that they kept the area clean and took off their snowy shoes, even when carrying heavy things into the house. We are completely satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to contact Aim to Please for a future plumbing or electrical need.
