They are the worst company and so unprofessional. They flipped me off and tried to ram my car into the wall on the freeway because I went in front of them. Called management and they did not care at all and said they would ""look on the camera to see why he flipped me off and tried to run me into a wall"". These people seem dangerous. Would not want them ever around.

These guys are awesome!!! I had a toilet overflow in one of my bathrooms. When we tried to shut off the water at the angle stop, the handle broke off and water started leaking and flooding everywhere. We got the water shut off and my wife first called Christian Brothers plumbing. That plumber arrived and told us it would be $900 to replace five angle stops. I sent him away as I thought that was way too high. We then called Aim Pro Mechanical. Sam showed up within an hour and replaced all five angle stops and the cost was only about half of what the other plumber wanted to charge. We will definitely keep Aim Pro Mechanical on our speed dial for any future plumbing issues.

This is hands down the best owner and company in town. Mario is amazing and so are his employees and family working for him. He's done dozens of jobs for me and I'll never use another mechanical or plumbing contractor in town.

I recently had two quotes to replace an HVAC unit, both in excess of $10,000. Both contractors said it was unrepairable and required replacement. I called Mario and he asked for a copy of their bids and inspected it for free. After a few minutes, he asked for approval to attempt a repair. 30 minutes later he said it was fixed and needed Freon. It cost me under $500.00 which was much less than the $14,000 estimate that I had.

He's amazing, he cares and he's interested in your relationship long term! He's treats all clients like Celebrities.

Aimpro came with great services initially now 2 years after my service warranty no response at all. Customer loyalty could be a priority...it gains referrals and loyalty.

Mario scammed $800 out of me. Quoted me a price, then needed more money and said he would take care of me in future. That day was today. Did not happen. Never trust a handshake.

I have rarely been inclined to review anyone on yelp or any other site. Mario didn't even work for me at the house. I'm a weekend warrior with limited knowledge and I was in Home Depot struggling to find the correct parts to replace a ball valve this morning. I wasn't even really sure how to replace it once I found the right parts! This stranger nearby could tell I was not going to find the parts alone so he walks up to me and asks me what I am looking for. He showed me the correct parts and even offered to walk me through the steps to do it right. I couldn't believe how kind he was. As we were walking out he asked me if I had a few spare pieces of copper pipe in case I needed it. I did not, so he asked me to follow him to his truck parked in the Home Depot lot and hand cut for me 3 pieces of copper pipe and told me to have a nice weekend. I offered him some cash for his help but he adamantly refused. It is a rare thing to find people like him and after I drove away I looked up the company name on the side of his truck. I found him here and wrote this review. Kindness and integrity are rare and I wanted to play a small role in thanking him. I will be calling him for ANY future needs and referrals. Thank you Mario.

My toilet was leaking and we asked a friend for a referral. She gave me Aim Pro's name. I appreciated them coming the same day, but they DID NOT fix the problem. They replaced the fill valve, charged me $225.00 and told me I needed to get my pressure valve changed outside ($600).

I decided to call the builder who built our home 12 years ago and get a second opinion. He sent out a plumber who showed us that the problem was the flapper.

When I questioned Mario, he said his plumber didn't think they needed to change the flapper and if they had it would have cost $600 instead of $225. (really??? I could have bought a whole new toilet for $600???).

I just paid my builder's plumber $50.00...leak is gone. Builder's plumber even told me that in Scottsdale we have great water pressure and that the pressure valve is well within the tolerances...no new pressure valve necessary.

I seldom give any company a 5 star rating. But it is different this time. Mario's extreme attention to detail was commendable and every where I looked the Air Handling units and the outside units were installed perfectly. He installed our 2 AHU's very quickly and very complete. It was the small details I appreciated.
His word was ""As Promised"" and the project was on time and for exactly what he quoted. His communication was excellent.
I would recommend Mario & Aimpro any time.

Extraordinary customer service doesn't begin to describe our fortunate interaction with AimPro Mechanical, LLC. The impressive customer service we received from this team of professionals soared beyond all expectations.

A water-spewing, hot water heater on Christmas night, needless to say, was not how my husband and I wanted to spend the holiday evening. We did the preliminary actions - turned off the gas and the water supply to the water heater. And, then what? No hot water. Cold, cold showers to start the morning as we headed off to work?

We called AimPro Mechanical. Less than a half-hour later, the owner arrived to assess the situation.

Note, we have a home warranty that would ""cover"" this situation for an initial $75 fee for the company's choice of technicians. But, instead we called AimPro Mechanical because of their reputation of delivering the highest level of professional service and courtesy to customers.

We've had a less than satisfactory experience with companies and technicians our home warranty company dispatches to solve a ""covered"" home appliance problem. We've been less than satisfied with the consequences - surprise parts not covered, days to fix a problem that should be solved and completed within a day, and the upsell ""we'll replace the appliance, but we'll need to install these additional parts not covered by your warranty"".

AimPro Mechanical, LLC arrived. By noon, a new hot water heater was installed. All systems were checked out and were a ""go"". AimPro Mechanical informed us our hot water heater was covered under a six-year warranty (it was four years old) and that there was no charge for the replacement hot water heater, just the fee for labor. The fee for labor absolutely was fair.

Not that we want another plumbing, heating or cooling issue to arise, but we know definitely who to call. Thank you AimPro Mechanical!
