Used AIM Plumbing this past week. Had an in-the -wall shower valve and faucet that needed to be replaced. Called Alex on a Sunday afternoon and he was there Monday morning as promised. He and Mike did a heck of a job and even did a little extra for me when I pointed out another minor project/problem. Cant say enough about these two guys and how professional and neat they were. Certainly will use them again. They certainly get five stars from me.

Alex is honest, trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable! He was very informative of the whole process. He and his coworker, Mike, were very respectful and kind in my home. They had to cut a bunch of tiles from the wall but they were super careful so that I could reuse the tiles again (saving me thousands of dollars because there was no way I would be able to match that tile anymore). Alex is very professional and honest. We had a leaking problem in our bathroom and my husband wanted to fix it but wasn't able to do it. Alex came over 2 times before doing the service and was very friendly, answered our questions and his price wasn't bad at all. They did the job in about 5 hours and had to work hard not to break more than 5 pieces of the tile, otherwise we were going to redo the whole bathroom. He saved us a couple thousand dollars.
We highly recommend this company. Both guys who came were very nice and the job they did is excellent

If I could give 10 stars I would, thats how satisfied I am. Alex & Miguel were at my home 15 mins after I called. Needed a garbage disposal replaced & installed as well as the toilet (not sure what you call what's inside the tank) guts replaced. They did it all and Alex also cleaned my stainless sink that was badly stained as a bonus. I don't think you can go wrong with this company. Honest, hardworking & affordable. I don't have enough good things to say about Alex. He has saved us multiple times, is always there when we need him. He's fixed our kitchen sink as well as our bathroom sinks and has been here within the hour twice to help us in an emergency. He gives you a fair price and is definitely worth the money. He gives you the price upfront so you know he's not trying to pull a fast one like I've experienced with other plumbers. Definitely give him a call!

It is not everyday you have an ""enjoyable emergency plumbing"" experience, but AIM plumbing did just that. I called frantically explaining about my overflowing sink-- Alex immediately stepped in same day and went to work assessing the situation, making his schedule available, and finally, fixing my problem. He was even nice enough to have a restoration company come same day to asses the damage to my cabinets and floors. He even fixed up my disposal for me (wasn't part of the problem) with no hesitation! I had ordered a bidet toilet attachment on Amazon and attempted to install it myself. However, the supplied metal T valve leaked when inserted between the plastic toilet supply value and the toilet tank inlet.

I requested an appointment the previous evening supplying pictures of the issue. Early the next morning they had already responded and after getting my contact info I had an appointment set up in the early afternoon.

Alex came over, examined the situation, and with 30 minutes or so had a new T-valve and local shut-off installed, and everything in working order and no longer leaking. I was completely satisfied with their timely response and their work.
