Alex is phenomenal. I've had to use him 3 times recently.

Each time he was on time, courteous, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

The first was a simple drain snake in the bathroom sink. He was in and out quickly and for a very reasonable price.

The second time was to install a new regulator unit on my water heater. Again he was done super quick and charged me what seemed like too little for an emergency Saturday job.

I had him out again to add a natural gas hookup for a BBQ to an existing gas line.

Stop searching, this is the right guy.

Alex was prompt and polite, very straightforward about what needed to be done to fix my toilet, and explained everything thoroughly. Excellent experience doing business with AIM plumbing, especially after being given the runaround by several other plumbers. Added bonus, Alex was great with our dog and our cat and didn't mind when they watched him work from the other room . We will be calling AIM plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

Everything you could want in a plumber!! Super quick, reasonably priced and courteous technician.

I came home to learn that my toilet was clogged. Being it was a rainy Friday afternoon, every place I called had no one available... Then I called AIM and he was able to be at my house in 30 minutes! It was amazing. Came in, got the job done in less than 20 mins for a reasonable price, and saved the day!!!

Was referred by Home Depot's Pro Referral service to have our toilet replaced. I didn't take more than ten steps from the computer at Home Depot when Alex called. I hope that's his name, I forgot to ask...was too excited that someone called back so quickly. This was a Saturday, mind you. I needed someone to pick up our new toilet (too heavy for me to handle) at Home Depot, remove the old one, install the new one, and haul away the old one. He agreed to do it and arrived at my house maybe a little over an hour later. Alex and his coworker were quick and friendly. So far so good. Thank you!

Let's just say, Alex was the BEST! I was in a pickle and this guy was Awesome!!!
Honest, knows his stuff, very patient and detail oriented.
We had some major bathroom sink issues and he did a excellent job and also figured out what was going on with the toilet.
