Where to begin... we have been dealing with a remodel that has been nothing but headaches and towards the end of it all - Alex came to the rescue to make sure our kitchen sinks (2) were hooked up and we had water. Our granite countertops got installed super late in the evening and Alex was so nice enough to stick around and wait for them to finish their job, just so he can do his and make sure my mom didn't have to wait on something else to get done. This was a huge thing for us and we appreciate everything that Alex has done. He most definitely puts his customers first before his needs. It was way past his working hours and he could've easily said, he'll be back in the morning, but he knew that getting it done now was the right thing to do for my mom. My mom has Parkinson's and she has been stressed out over the whole remodel already and Alex made my mom very happy for staying! He even helped us out with a temporary faucet, since our new one was defective. So if you need an awesome plumber who puts his customers needs first - look no further and give Alex a call!

Alex was very helpful in explaining the issue with my garbage disposal and going through the different options to replace or fix it. He was cheerful and performed his work quickly. 5+ THE BEST! Owner/operator showed up within 1/2 hour. I won't go thru the mess he had to sort out and the attitude of my partner, but he was terrific, patient, personable and REASONABLE. I'll have an inhome water filtration done the next time I need filters.

Alex is beyond amazing! We just closed escrow on a home in North Park a week and a half ago. Our son moved into the home and within the first week a sewer water line broke in the building and backed up in our home. Not only did Alex answer his phone, show up at 7pm but he was calm, collected and set us up with not only answers but a referral for a water restoration company (Cutting Edge Restoration-yelping then next) to come and dry it out and make repairs the very next day. He waited for 3 hours for the plumbing company hired by the HOA to show up. Thank you Alex! We totally appreciate you!

We had a kitchen sink leak that ended up flooding our kitchen. It was an absolute nightmare! We looked on yelp for a plumber to come out the following day. We got in touch with AIM Plumbing and made an appointment for first thing the next morning. Alex came out and was right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He was right on point with finding the problem. He fixed everything perfectly, and we haven't had a problem since.
