This plumber exceeded my expectations in a way that I felt obliged to leave a review. I had a problem with a shower installation that was fixed by Josh. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He wore shoe covers to protect my carpets and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended, and we are admittedly picky about things. He's definitely going to be our go to guy from now on if we need plumbing or heating work in the future.

3/9/21 Josh was recommended by the township to handle the bilateral inspection after we were constantly chasing Zoom Drain around for 3 days while they played endless games with us about when they were going to come.

Josh was responsive, prompt, and communicative. I had called & asked prior to his visit if, when he was here, he would be able to fix a pop up drain and leaking jacuzzi jet. The jet proved to be more involved and it would have been a seek and find for parts from jacuzzi because the tub is 30 years old. I let him know not to pursue that as the jets on the tub are functional. He was able to easily fix the pop up drain and cleared the drain for us too.

Josh was professional, fair in pricing and a pleasure to work with.

If you need plumbing work call Aiken & Sons. Don't waste your time hounding and chasing after Zoom Drains or Horizon Services. Give your business to a company that treats you with respect for you and your time.

The service was top notch. Had an emergency, hvac stopped working in 90+, and Josh at Aiken and sons was able to squeeze it in last minute. The repair was done quickly and we were so thankful to get such amazing service. We definitely be recommending Aiken and sons to all family and friends!
