disgustingly high rates. I called aiello on a thursday morning. they came right out which I was very happy about. I had a leaking bathroom faucet that needed replacing. The techs were very good and followed all covid guidelines. my complaint is charging me 500.00 per hour. that is after knocking 200.00 off because I complained. it would have been 600.00 per hour. I dont mind paying reasonable prices for quality work. 250.00 per hour and I wouldnt complain. I dont like to be taken advantage of. when the job was complete they taped my tub surround back in place until the adhesive had time to dry. when I removed the tape in the morning it took the paint off the wall. when i called to complain scott the service manager said that it is my problem and they dont cover damage they do. its part of the job. I couldnt be more angry.

I gave them numerous chances over the years out of convenience, but they are not skilled or fairly priced.

Super friendly and great customer service only so they can rip you off. Quoted me about $1,200 to fix a small leak. Explanation was that it was in a spot where they would have to redo a bunch of other piping to get at it so it would be a whole lot of work. I bitched to the manager about the high price, and he explained things and talked me down and agreed to do it for $500 total. I was then also contacted by Aiello to request that I remove my negative review.
When the repairman showed up today, the charge was $500+the $100 service fee. The repairman fixed only the pipe with the leak--the one that ""required $1,200 worth of other piping."" Apparently that extra piping wasn't aaaaactually necessary and they could have fixed the small leak initially without it. But, heck, why not try to charge an additional $700 for work that does not need to be done.

It is a scam; especially if you call them for emergency services. They quickly send a ""technician"", who takes a look, calls somebody, and says that a part should be changed for an astronomical price. Don't sign anything without double checking every word of the supposed explanations the 'technician' provide you with, and a detailed written and printed estimate. Otherwise, the 'technician' will not give you any invoice and when you ask for it, you'll receive an extremely poor invoice with only one cost, no part price, no labor cost, etc. Two experiences with these service, both were terrible. Ask for identifications, they probably subcontract.

Stay away from this company. Had them come to home to quote a simple ductless split install. First thing they do is look at my existing equ9pment and tell me that it's all old an inefficient and will fail at any moment and needs to be replaced. They gave me an instant on the spot quote for the work I did want done and it was 35% higher than anyone else's price. They will try to sell you on their ""gold warranty' which is really just passing on the manufactures warranty. Your money is best spent else-ware unless you feel like over paying and replacing equipment that works just fine.

We just had a kitchen sink faucet installed. It was a Koehler brand.
The plumber that they sent was very polite and gave us the quote up front. He was here for two hours. Did a good job. The cost... wait for it... $1, 084. That's right. Over a thousand dollars for a two hour job. The faucet they installed was about $250 dollars. However, when I spoke to the manager he absolutely refused to give me a break down of parts and labor, even though I requested it from him. [His name is Scott, by the way]. What was he trying to hide. This means that the price for labor was about $350 dollars an hour. Why would he refuse to give me a detailed billing. I was never so disappointed in my life! I would never recommend this business to anyone, ever, unless you have lots of money. The price was ridiculous.

Called for a quote on an electrical job and they wanted $69 just to come quote it. I told them to shove it (exact quote). Manager called me to yell at me. Asked if I had a sister and if I'd appreciate someone telling her to shove it. I mean he was yelling. How unprofessional. Mind you they did a plumbing job for me 2 years ago. Charged me an additional $100 for an inspection fee. I never received said inspection. Hello Aiello? You're a ripoff.

I was out on a job today to try and fix a shower installed by Aiello Home Service's
I've never seen anything this sloppy in 40 years as a ceramic contractor.
My elderly client just home from surgery could not get them to call back. I found the same thing when I tried for her.
Close to 7,000.00 and they left her home a wreck. I'd think twice about using this company. High price low quality and no follow up if you have an issue
