I would give Miguel 10 stars if possible. I have been a property manager for an older main house and apartment units in the back for many years and have been thru multiple of the 'tv commercial' plumbers for just about every type of repair and replacement with non-favorable results. From water heater replacements, re-pipes, clogged drains, plumbing repairs, toilet parts etc. Since finding Miguel/Aid a few years ago - he has answered all phone calls immediately and came out same day / sometimes within the hour (including a late Sunday afternoon or two), they have a very well equipped truck (they to date have never did the ""I will be right back"") and he is one of the most personable trades I have met. Highly recommend.

Messaged a bunch of businesses on Yelp and Aid Plumbing was the quickest and most responsive. He had me take pictures/talk through my issues and gave me a quote. Came by in less than an hour and he was very thorough, polite, and professional.

I first called Miguel when no one else would touch an incorrectly installed tankless water heater. I needed to replace it but at least Miguel was willing to take on a tricky situation so of course I called him when I went out into my garage on a Saturday morning and found water running down the wall and across the floor. He arrived within 30 minutes, fixed the leak and put me in touch with another company he had good experience with to help me through the drywall, framing, etc. repair. Miguel is professional, reliable, and experienced. I have happily recommended him to friends and co-workers.

Aid plumbing to the rescue. Miguel is a professional through and through. He will get it done while other plumbers just can't.

He was attentive and was in contact up until the install of our new toilet and some pipe work. The final result is head and shoulders that you will get with the higher names.

He will show up on time and get the job done efficiently and quickly. He has all the right tools, and he services downtown SD, which is becoming a rarity in today's world of stupid associations, lack of parking and over all customers that are clueless on what it takes to do Plumbing in condos, it's not easy, at all. Also circling back to plumbing, do your best to provide parking for your plumber, it's the right thing to do. They often need to make trips back to the work truck and it makes sense.

He does have the option of a smaller work van at times that can fit in the parking garages, ask ahead.

Again, I would recommend Miguel and Aid Plumbing anytime and their prices are very competitive with what you'll get with the less quality big names. It's not easy finding a good plumber anywhere, and especially in San Diego, this is the dude.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Miguel was amazing, just what you want in your local friendly plumber and such a professional. Very responsive and gave a quote over the phone. We had to install a new toilet at my parents' house, and he pulled out the old and hauled it away, but during installation identified the new bowl was cracked... I had to return and replace it. He really made us feel like it was not a problem at all & came back the next morning to accommodate our schedule. And voila! Fixed, and easy. No extra fee for having to come back. Then, my parents even asked him to caulk another toilet upstairs since he was there... lol... but he was so kind and took care of it. Again like it was no big deal. He is super friendly, explained things when they asked, and provided outstanding service. We have found our new go-to plumber!
