5 stars plus. These guys are quick with their response, quote and work. Highly recommend them. They did an under mount sink demo and installed a new sink, garbage disposal and drinking water filtration install. Very quick and clean.

These guys are ripoff merchants. I had a number of plumbing problems. I had another plumber - not Aid Plumbing - come out. He said he could fix the problems for just over $1000. Aid plumbing guy came out and said it would cost me $5000. Say what now?

One of the things the Aid guy said was I need a pressure regulator as my water pressure was too high. This would have dost me quite a bit. My first plumber guy, let us call him plumber X, said pressure was not too high. Either plumber X is incompetent or Aid plumbing flat out lied to my face. I am inclined to believe the latter.

I needed my garbage disposal fixed. Aid plumbing said they would need to break through a wall and redo my pipes to fix it. This would have cost me many hundreds of dollars. Plumber X fixed it in 15 minutes for $99.

Aid Plumbing guy's name was Miguel. He should be fired.

Let me just start off by saying-We are renters. Somehow when any toilet got flushed or even the washer was used, the water would come up out of the shower drain in our downstairs bathroom. You can only imagine the horror. Called our landlord around 9:30 am and he arrived at 4:30 in the evening with a snake to unclog our toilet. I tried to tell him I think the situation is beyond that handy contraption due to the fact that ""all"" the toilets, showers, and washer was draining out of the downstairs bathroom. But he persisted and asked if I have ever used Drain-o... to which I replied, yes... however I think this particular ""situation"" is beyond drain-o. After about 20 minutes and him suggesting I google our current circumstance, I called the plumber.
Miguel and Alex arrived that night, worked in the dark, and fixed our nightmare. They were professional, friendly and the price was extremely reasonable. They turned a nightmare into a happy ending!

Days before Thanksgiving, our kitchen pipes burst. It left us with a flood of water from the kitchen to the bathroom which was directly behind the kitchen. I have dreaded calling the plumber for years because we've gotten taken advantage of many times and we even had a professional plumbing company come to fix our laundry pipes and making the problem far worst than it was before. Miguel is amazing. He was prompt and knowledgeable in assessing the problem and recommending mitigation to come assess the loss of the kitchen as a result of the flood.
