Less than seven years ago we had them install an on-demand pump down our well that is 420ft deep, they replaced the metal pipe with plastic and used the existing wire that was on the original pump. Recently our pump quit, we called another company because for one we were upset that the pump had failed in less than seven years and also knew from our past experience that Alhvers had to hire someone else to raise the pump as they didn't have the equipment to do it so that is another cost we were not told about until after they replaced ours the last time. There were many issues with the way it was installed by Ahlvers, the pipes were not tight so they were leaking causing the Pump to work more than it should, the wire was not rated for the depth and size of the new pump and was not grounded. A wire was damaged and corroded by the connection at the pump, they didn't tape the wire but only one time per 20ft of pipe and so when this company was lifting the pipe and pump the tape broke and the wire started falling down the well. Not much more could have been wrong with Ahlvers installation. To top that off we found out that they are not licensed to even do that kind of work, according to the Contractors board person that I talked to, they need a C-23 classification on the license which Ahlvers do not have. I wish we had known that before we hired them. Buyer beware if you use them for anything to do with your Well/Pump

I've used Ahlvers for three years to do plumbing repairs at a rental. I've spent over $1000 total for leaks and outside faucet replacement. The faucets were fine but they keep ""fixing"" the same leaks and replaced a one year old toilet without my permission. The kitchen sink leak they repaired two months ago is still leakin, so I asked them to stand behind their work and they refused. Time for a new plumber. I can no longer recommend these folks .

I called Alvers a couple times last year, took average of almost 3 days for them to show up, Most of the jobs only needed 1 plumber but we always had 2 which doubled the bill, I dont feel that is fair,

They installed the vent for my bathroom poorly. They repeatedly used caulk that washed away (we waited at least 48 hours to use the shower each time and had to call them to come back and fix it multiple times). They installed laminate flooring which bubbled around the edges. We brought this to their attention and were told it would settle. It never has. I paid them a huge amount of money to redo my small bathroom. When I brought up any issues they were combative, dismissive or told me that the other plumber in town would charge twice as much. When we voiced our issues with the results of the work, Max interrupted my wife saying he could tell this was going to be an issue and pulled out paperwork threatening to put a lien on the house if we didn't pay for what he had done. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe these people.
