Diane E.I called them once for water leaking into lower apt under the upper's bathroom and they did not find the leak and did not call me to tell me that so I assumed the work had been done. The lower renter let me know 2 days later there was still water! I had to drive someone there later that day to take toilet off, take out wood toy & replace wax seal! Would not recommend them.
