Ahead of the Rest signed a contract to fix our condo (213 units) sewer plumbing. We have been paying and paying to get things fixed and finaly realized the old sewer pipes are damaged from years of use and need to be replaced. We paid a large down payment in December and they dug up a large area near one building and have worked on it a few days and it's almost three months and nothing has been done on the rest of the building. The residents are angry and refusing to pay and blaming the board. They won't answer the phone and have signed four to five new contracts during this month with other large properties. Find someone else. They are charming and positive at front and then don't show up.

If you want to be robbed of your money and left with unfinished work, Ahead of the rest plumbing is your perfect match. Unresolved issues is how they left me. Added on fees. Now I'm hiring a different plumber to do the job. Ahead of the rest got over 2,000 from me and didn't fix anything. Charged me to run a camera and never showed me any images. Left the work area a mess, including bottles and gloves they left behind. Completely unprofessional. Took forever to respond to calls and messages. Only interested in getting paid. Again, the biggest issue is they didn't finish any work they were hired to do. These people are somehow masters at raising the quote they initially give you. Beware.

We called several plumbers while water was coming into our house from the freeze. They said they would do their best, since we were close and had lots of others in our area. 20 hours later they came, diagnosed and fixed!!! A+ service, knowledgeable and efficient and a true life saver.

In December, they came out and (allegedly) fixed my main waterline at the street. Fast forward to March 12 and the same pipe burst again. They blew me off most of the day, until I took to my neighborhood Facebook page to complain. They sent two guys out at 4:30 (30 minutes late), and they tried to tell me that my sprinkler line had broken, due to someone running over the housing box. There were no tire tracks. They also wanted to charge me again.

This place has poor business practices, doesn't communicate, and I wonder if they even use licensed plumbers. The box was shot (as it was in December, when I would have gladly paid for a replacement, but wasn't presented that option) and they just put dirt over the controls, because I didn't want a giant hole by the sidewalk. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Take any negative review with a grain of salt... I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. When people are mad they take the time to go online and complain, however when they are pleased that isn't always the case. I decided to do leave a positve review and am glad I did!

I want to start out by saying that every plumber they sent to my house has been very nice. Thats the only positive thing I can say at this point. The first time they came out to fix my water main leak, it took 4 days to fix. That was 4 days without water because the city turned it off due to how bad the leak was. Unfortunately we rent from a company who chooses our vendors and the second time this happened, they hired them again. They came by for 30 minutes this time and left without saying anything to us. After that, they've sent every single one of our calls to voice mails and have been ignoring the emails and phone calls of our rental company. We were forced to ask for another vendor as it's now been another 4 days without them fixing anything. We have a hole full of water in our front yard and a pulled up water meter box to show.

This company came very highly recommended by someone who has used them several times for different jobs. Call was made in the morning and an appointment was made that day. The tech arrived right on time and completed all tasks quickly and correctly. Would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing issues.

Owner doesn't respond to two separate investigations of his driving practices, this shows his level of honor and respect for those who are potential customers. Don't have a business if you can't handle your personal responsibilities. Two months into the investigations and no response to two separate investigators. That is sad.

I've hired them several times from a line break in my bedroom floor to installing a water faucet outside. They are very professional and nice. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs an honest plumber!

Avoid at all cost. The seemingly simple repair took more than a week to complete. The plumber was almost 4 hours late after cancelling an appointment at the last minute a few days before. I called the office multiple times and they finally answered after I called 4 times. The plumbers were nice guys, but the respect of my family's time was zero!!! I am out multiple days of work and the repair is still not complete. The appointment scheduler was confused and called me 5-10 times to confirm the appointment time and the plumbers showed up hours before the scheduled appointment time. I left work and had to speed home to not miss the plumbers. Good plumbers , but ridiculous scheduling issues. I would not recommend this company.
