We found out about Aguado from our neighbor as we had experienced some flooding and needed help. Phillip and Coy came to our rescue the same day we called. Our issue was fixed fast and the price was Reasonable.

Total crappy customer service...said they would be here at said time, never showed up never called for any type of explanation just another sub par contractor with zero customer service skills, I'd find someone else...like even someone out of town. Hearing alot about poor customer service no call no show type incidences from these so called " big time small brained contractors "

Had them install a new tankless heater and in a few weeks it did not function correctly called them to assist and no response. I left several telephone calls and emails over a week and one half . In frustration I mentioned that They needed to provide better service and he finally caLLED INSULTED SAYING HE WAS IN HOSPITAL FOR TWO WEEKS.
He never explained why someone else in his shop could not have handled it or responded.
I will never use then again
