Agrusa & Sons were true professionals and a pleasure to work with. They asked many questions, had really good suggestions and executed the plan to perfection. They finished on time with an aggressive schedule and stayed on budget. We had a technical issue with the Steamist unit after they finished the job but promptly came back to fix it. The lack of business to business professionalism was astounding. There is a way a professional (and I use that term lightly with this group, in particular the son) can tell another professional, """"I appreciate the offer, but I/we are not interested."""" Rudely hanging up on another professional speaks volumes about your 'behind the doors' business character and integrity.
