I contacted Amon in a panic when our hot water heater stopped working just before guests were coming for the week and he had a new one up and running within a day.

He showed up on time and diagnosed the situation quickly. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained our options, including the addition of a pump so that hot water now reaches our master bath and kitchen immediately. This minor addition has worked great and has helped to decrease our water bill.

He and his service were exceptional. I will use him again for future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.

I contacted Amnon about a clogged dish washer drain late Friday night via Yelp. He promptly replied the following day and provided me a quote for the service. He was able to come out the same day and time as promised over the phone.

He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and spent the time checking every single part, explained every action and potential problem/solution. He is a master of his craft and he takes the time to explain every detail.

In just about an hour, he fixed the drain and made sure it worked without any leaks/spills.

He is very honest with reasonable prices. He does believe in doing things right the first time so that the work will last. However, if something can be repaired and doesn't need to be replaced, he will tell you that.
