This is my second time calling Dan from Agius Plumbing. About a year ago we called him to install a new hot water heater and we were impressed with his knowledge and reasonable pricing. This time we had a leak under our sink and we called Dan. The plumbing under our sink is complicated but Dan was able to fix it and get us back up and running. Dan is a really nice guy who stands by his work. In an industry that is full of crooked operators, it is refreshing to have someone like Dan who is knowledgeable, reasonably priced and trustworthy.

Dan and his crew were very professional and friendly. They completed a difficult air conditioning install job in one day. My insurance company was not so easy to work with and sent the wrong parts but Dan and his crew were able to install the new A.C. in spite of the mishap. They came when they were supposed to come and worked until completion. We would definitely recommend Agius Plumbing.

Marissa, who handles the phones, is a very very sweet woman. I made an appointment with her to have our AC unit checked out. Diagnosis through Agius is free, which seemed like a big plus compared to other companies. Dan was able to come quickly and checked out what was happening. He informed us of what he believed the issue was, and gave us an extremely high price estimate to have the job completed ($400-600). My fiancé and I were desperate to get it fixed, so we decided to go with them and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday between 10-11am. Monday night, we realized we needed to push the appointment back thirty minutes (to around 10:30am), so I called Marissa and she informed me she was just about to call me to notify me they had to cancel and reschedule our appointment last minute. It was very last minute to cancel, and I was annoyed, but Marissa was SO sweet, it was difficult to give her a hard time. We ended up rescheduling an appointment with them Thursday between 10-11am and were told we would be their first appointment. Thursday morning at 8:30am we got a call from Marissa attempting to cancel an reschedule AGAIN. Extremely unprofessional! Happy things didn't work out with Agius, because we had another HVAC team come and check out our unit - they fixed it on the scene, in one hour and charged $150 TOTAL. Will definitely not use Agius in the future.

Dan is one of the most helpful, responsive people I've ever dealt with. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his field, and would highly recommend his company to anyone. He's truthful and would always steer you in the right direction.

I'm just reiterating how amazing Dan is. We had another home issue, he was immediately responsive, arrived, assessed, and while the job cost more, he charged us a returning customer rate. He's amazing, he better never retire because he's the best plumber in the world!

This guy is a CROOK!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and the guy who is the owner, named Dan (Daniel). OMG, the biggest mistake. We hired this company to fix our boiler, he ended up breaking it further. On top of that, he changed some parts of the boiler which were never supposed to be changed/replaced. He charged us arm and a leg, almost a thousand dollars. Didn't finish the job, broke the boiler further, as I have already mentioned. He showed himself a very aggressive and disrespectful individual. Please, PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS AND CHARGE A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!!

Dan is a master at what he does not only did he get the job done and fixed the first time, but he kept me informed on everything that was going to happen.
