Definitely recommend and will use when I need to replace my water heater or have other plumbing needs.

After a visit and free estimate (which was the best I received of several), Craig maybe - I'm not good with remembering names - assured me that I probably didn't need to replace the water heater at this time and suggested I get a couple of water detectors that would detect if a leak did occur (which was my concern). I was very impressed with his knowledge and that he didn't just give me an estimate to do the job, but gave me other options as none of the others did. I also like that it is a family run, local business.

No hot water from Tankless system, Craig came to troubleshoot and worked via phone with Manufacturer product support. Very efficient, responsive and issue fixed. Great value for very reasonable time based service fee. Would definitely recommend and use again when needed.

They did a great job replacing that horrible blue pipe that was waiting to explode at any moment. Very courteous and professional. They left my front yard in excellent shape when they were finished. Couldn't tell they had been there. Pricing was very reasonable. Showed up when they said they would and completed everything as agreed. Hard to do better:)
