What's great about this plumber is that they were able to come the same day I called. My parents plumbing system was backed up for days and the plumber they originally called, quoted them 3 times higher the amount of this plumber. I also appreciate him explaining the problem and not trying to scare us into paying for services we actually don't need. Heard about him through a friend and I'll be using them again.

I spoke to Eric about installing a toilet, he gave me a very fair price and then offered to get it done right away before another appointment he had. He and his co-worker did a great job, also transferred a bidet attachment I had, and I was very happy with their work. Eric even called me back the next day to make sure I knew I had written them a check for more than their charge (I had included a tip), and reminded me to call them if I had any issues. Very highly recommended.

I've continued to use Agent Rooter exclusively since my original post and the experience is consistently amazing! I often just go directly to them instead of through warranty, it saves me 1+ weeks in waiting and approval processing, which often is worth the additive cost given the types of issues they address (eg toilets!).
