These guys are GREAT! The drains in our house backed up over the weekend and we discovered a massive 50 years of blockage in the old cast iron pipes! Eric, Cory and their crew explained everything clearly, no pressure, presented options, and did an amazing amount of work in just two days: added two clean-outs, one for the kitchen, one for the main. Replaced 30 feet of drains under the house, repaired several leaks, and replaced our old, completely clogged kitchen drain pipes. Now everything, from toilets to sinks are working like new. They were fast, clean, and got our water running when we needed it.

These guys are great. We needed a rooter, and we are glad we found them, because we have been ripped off before. The Agent Rooter plumber was on time, explained the problem and our options. The prices were reasonable, and we were very happy with their work. We will use them again.

We had another rooter company come out with a snake that had no blades to cut the roots. They told us our only option was an expensive hydro jetting procedure. We knew that they could do the job if they had a snake with blades. We called Agent Rooter that night, and the owner answered the phone. It was so nice to speak to someone from the company instead of an answering service. The Agent Rooter plumber arrived on time the next morning and brought a snake with blades. He completely cleared the line of roots and discussed options for resolving future problems with tree roots. We know the line was completely cleared, because he ran a camera down it.

I am a homeowner and had a busted pipe under my house which sewage spilled out from and contaminated the house's crawl space. I had several estimates to get it fixed and then spoke with Eric and Cory at Agent Rooter Plumbing. They gave me an appointment and showed up on time. After reviewing the situation they told me I would need to first have the waste dried, sanitized, and removed and immediately got a company to come out immediately to access the situation. The quotes I got from the other companies were not as competitive and they started their work. As they inspected various areas of the house I had some other nagging plumbing issues and they investigated all of them. Without pressure, they explained how bad my situation was and that I would need a camera to go into the line as well as a power flush of my line. I would also need a trap placed in the front of my house to avoid what happened in the crawl space. During their inspection, they fixed a toilet, had to cut out some clogged piping, and replace the trap in a bathroom sink. The trap in the bathroom they did for free. These guys are no-nonsense bonded professionals and are highly knowledgeable in their field. Cory stayed late to clean up the sludge and mess from the bathroom and outside mess. He also enlightened me on my house's plumbing and what future issues would be. The was not inexpensive but was better than all the quotes I had gotten and their attitudes were excellent. These professionals know their jobs and do it with great humor and understanding that the homeowner is taking a financial hit. I highly recommend them and will continue using their services in the future.

My husband and I were having an ADU built and we needed a sewer line connected from the ADU to the street. Agent Rooter Plumbing was great, they arrived on time, finished the job in just a few hours, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg like some other companies were quoting. What's great about this plumber is that they were able to come the same day I called. My parents plumbing system was backed up for days and the plumber they originally called, quoted them 3 times higher the amount of this plumber. I also appreciate him explaining the problem and not trying to scare us into paying for services we actually don't need. Heard about him through a friend and I'll be using them again.
