Eric came out and took care of our main drain that had backed up with tree roots. He not only explained but also showed what the problem was and gave options on how to rectify the problem. As we are renters he spoke with the landlord directly as to what he recommended be done to avoid the problem in the future. All in all it was a smooth experience from making the appointment to the extreme professionalism in fixing the problem!

Eric replaced water heater last year. Suddenly one day it started making whistling sound. Called Eric and he tried to trouble shoot over the phone. I could not understand so he came by (it was past 6:30pm). Turns out it was the pressure valve that gave up and causing the pressure built up. He fixed it temporarily until the valve could be replaced. He called next day to inquire if everything was ok. Besides not charging anything for the temp fix, the most important thing is, he came by right away when we could not trouble shoot the issue over the phone. Extremely professional and making sure his clients are well taken care of!

Eric at Agent Rooter Plumbing showed up the day after I called and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond to identify the problem and clearly communicated the plumbing issues I had. When he couldn't find a cleanup to put the snake through (to clear the blockage) he informed me why it was necessary to charge me extra to remove my toilet and go through the toilet's access. Eric was incredibly professional and even communicated to my home Warrenty company exactly what he was doing so that the work was covered in full. He did an excellent job and I would absolutely, unequivocally recommend his services to anyone else.
